After waiting 7 days for someone to even show up on our street to attempt to restore power to our area, the electricity was restored for 12 hours. When I called I was told there was a trouble ticket sent to their company for the area from the time that they restored the power. Which means they had the information to share that we would probably lose power Again later on. The lack of communication with clients is appalling, this is something we should have been notified of so that our provisions for said occurrence would still be accessible. Now that the remaining gas we had for our generator is gone and all of our things for the generator have been put away I am yet again going to have to pull everything i spent the entire 12 hours cleaning up and putting away back out for use. This probably has something to do with the half finished job that was done on the power lines that are still hanging and blocked by trees that Should have been handled during the initial “restoration.” I will be calling early to submit claims for all the food lost as well as the hundreds of dollars spent on propane and gas the last 7, excuse me, 8 days now.

They have the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've been without power from the storm for the third day now. There aren't any crews out working on anything. There's no one I can talk to you. I've got three households of old people here suffering in the Florida heat. I need intermittent Oxygen and have been doing without. Shame on his corporate dick heads

FPL is terrible, they came and changed my meter in my apartment. They wouldn’t let me pay them my monthly bill until they got my account take care of and it took nearly a year. Now instead of allowing me to make payments - as I was told “their phone calls may be recorded for quality purposes” but now I have 2 choices for my $3000 bill. 7 payments at $430 + my phone bill or I pay $33 a month and a $43 LATE FEE. That’s almost $7000 for a MISTAKE THEY MADE. Now I have to suffer and everytime I call customer service they treat me like the trash they think I am. Thank a lot FPL for taking advantage of me.

What a horrendously bad company. Customer service is on par with Verizon basically non-existent. Overcharging people simply because they have a monopoly here on the power industry. Somebody needs to draw up law-suits against this company

$735 for a 2,000 soft home ran at 75° And now just 15mph wind and power is out yet again? Excuse me French, but fuq flp, fuq the workers, fun there whole darn company. Unexplainable and inexcusable, just absolutely in shock

9 street lights are out in Englewood on 776, between Boca Royale
Blvd and Whispering Pines Road. Also, one light pole that is down
still has the base with all the wires showing.

We have only been with FPL two months and I can already say this is the worst company to deal with. They have the worst customer service and you have to go through 30 minutes of Hell just to pay your bill and even then you still can’t pay it because they want to write you to some automated service they will only accept a routing and account number after explaining to three different people that I’m using a visa debit card. I have never seen such incompetence. And you have to pay a fee to pay your bill. How is that legal? The bill is the fee. It’s what I pay for service. smh . . . horrible company

If there was any other options I'd use that... these guys are aweful... I try to pay and they still disconnect.. the money is there the bill is paid, confirmation and all and they still shut us off...
