I ordered the arch support braces by Vive Health through Amazon. These are made of quality materials. However, when I received my order, the inserts included were not correct. I broke my foot and needed a boot. Vive Health sent me what the doctor ordered. Turned out to be too narrow. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a larger one. It still did not fit so I contacted them again and they ordered one for me. They did not charge me any extra. They worked diligently to get me exactly what I needed. They are awesome and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Augustine did a great job helping me with my issue. I thought the design of the ice pack I bought was just not good. Too hard to put on. He was very responsive and professional as he told me he could send out the ice pack I want for free as a replacement for the other one. I did not expect this response at all. I thought I would have to fight for what I thought I deserved. He then said the new ice pack would be here in a few days !
