These guys are some of the best inspectors I have ever had . You wanna talk about thorough . They checked ever nook. They found mold in my attic I would have never know about. Iam estimating they saved me around $20,000 in repairs.

We recently hired Class Act Inspections. Bryan and Ethan are fantastic! They are a father/son owner-operator business, so you always get the same people doing the work and answering all your questions. They arrived early, were very considerate and extremely thorough, and spent as much time with me as I wanted. Their report was remarkably detailed and emailed to me within 12 hours. If you are looking for an inspector I highly recommend them.

Bryan was knowledgeable and pointed out things we would not have known to check. He was thorough and took his time to explain things to us. His report was also detailed and we received it the end of day after inspection. He also made recommendations for home maintenance which he didn’t have to do! I would recommend him to inspect your house and to ensure you are getting good quality feedback on your home!

We recently had some issues with our home and my wife and i just wanted a 'peace of minds inspection. I found Class Act on Google and saw they had some great reviews so I reached out to Bryan and set up the inspection for the following week. Bryan and Ethan came out to inspect our home and it was a great experience. They're great guys, did a great job, and were very professional. The report came through that same day and it was thorough and easy to understand. As a bonus, we've got two rescue pitbull mixes and they were great with the pups too! Would definitely recommend them and work with them again for future inspections.

Bryan was very easy and professional to deal with. We live 1053 miles from our vacation home and it he made it simple for us.

Due to the circumstances of the hurricane and how busy he was, he got to our home in a very reasonable amount of time.

His report was very thorough and would highly recommend him.
