Shoddy work. Nonresponsive customer support. 3 months of no answer as to when the final inspection will be done or when my system will be turned on. I’ve left multiple messages and emails and texts. They recognize my number and hang up when I call for answers. (Pictures) they cut the hole for the breaker box too large and left gaps. The breakers labeled in marker were the only ones the installers labeled and left me to figure out what the rest were. I guess I work for a solar company now. It’s going to court, most likely. Avoid this business like the plague!

Solar system was put on house, worked for 1 months. Cannot reach anyone to get repairs done. They had upgraded our electrical box and wires melted and started smoking. Had to hire an outside company to fix. Installer has been negligent and has not bothered to communicate at all. Stay away from this company.

was our sales contact. From setting up the appointment time, to meeting him, to installation and project management,. He answered all our questions thoroughly!! He kept us apprised of every step of the process of installing our panels. We have had them for about 4-5 months and absolutely love how easy and seamless they were to go green! Steve goes above and beyond for his customers and really understands our needs. His honesty is also much appreciated and rare in this line of business. Thank you!!

been trying to coordinate with harold who is 'the scheduler', to send a crew back out to do a repair (for the second time) for weeks now, but he never answers his phone and his vm is full. when i reached another contact, alan, i was told harold never listens to voice mails and doesnt even call him back. it has been weeks of not one single response from harold and alan providing excuses for him. worst service from any company i have ever used.

professional staff and leasing companies that I've worked with. I felt more comfortable with them, they took time to answer my questions they allowed me to take the time I needed to make the decision they did not pressure me. They are always available to take my calls to handle any resolution. It took a little bit longer for a couple of the panels to come online but they gave me a window to watch it and then call back if it wasn't online and if I had any questions or whatever and so I called back and they opened the ticket up and ironically it within a day or two after the ticket being opened up it resolved itself. They always make sure the customer is happy.

We have absolutely no regrets going solar. We feel we chose the best in the business from our system from our research about various companies, products lines, and local installers. Since it was a time in my life, I actually had enough money to pay outright for the Solar system my feelings about the value and savings is more likely different than from those who are paying over a period of time for their system. Of course, we realized immediate savings and benefits from Solar. The system works flawlessly with the exception of a module that had to be replaced a few months after install. Faulty parts are a possibility with any mechanical/electrical product. The happily surprising thing was the interaction between the Customer Service and myself over the faulty device. The findings were realized and a crew came out to replace the device in a timely manner. As far as the install, and interaction with the local installer, we were also more than satisfied with everything from initial contact, sales call, informative video call and install. The crew were thorough, courteous and quick to install the system. Questions I had been quickly answered by the Enphase dealer; Greg F at Enlightened Solar.

Don’t ever go with this company. They do NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO BUILD. ripped my grandparents thousands of dollars off a 13ft x 40ft unbuilt pergola. Harold has no idea what he’s doing. Used 3rd parties that never spoke English worked on the pergola. They left an absolute mess, after every inspection done by pinellas county be failed. This business is a joke.

It is very poor in service. They installed panels on 6/4 but as of now system not ready to produce and paying to insurance company every month. They're not responding calls, not responding msg also. Not happy to select this company. Harold Cabrera is our sales representative.
