On Dec 6, 2024 (about 6:30 pm) we had an overflow from our laundry sink. The water went onto the laundry floor, seeped into an adjacent guest bed room soaking the carpet along the bedroom walls. Also, water seeped into the garage floor. I contacted a quick response team from Flood Pros. They (Juan Brea and another Technician) arrived at about 825 pm. They removed standing water and water in the carpet. Heater/blowers and dehumidifiers were placed in specified areas. Each step of the way Juan explained what they were doing. Two other technicians came Sunday (Dec 8) and checked on the equipment and monitored the walls. Juan and his assistant came Monday (Dec 9) rechecked previously wet areas and including the walls. The areas were determined to be dry and the dryers and dehumidifiers were removed. Each time the Flood Pros technicians came they explained what they were doing to include showing me the equipment and handheld devices. Juan Brea and the other 3 technicians were very professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend Flood Pros any time. Thank you. Dean Armstrong

Amazing...amazing...amazing team. This companybis beyond professional, puntual, and tidy. We needed a major home renovation after a huge flood and Flood Pros made it too smooth. They came out the same day and within hours began the lengthy process. They updated my wife and I the entire way. Family photos, airlooms, hand-made quilts, and 30-year-old collectibles covered with mold while swimming in water And at that moment, you find Flood Pros. They held our hands through EVERYTHING.
