So far all my dealings with IMR Environmental Equipment Inc. have been smooth, professional and straightforward. The service I have received has been very friendly and helpful, and despite my requirements being quite specific, they were patient, and tailored a product to my suit needs.
From my experience, I would rate them a solid 8.5/10.

Service: 9/10 - Service was always prompt, professional, patient and polite.

Schedule: 8/10 - They stated 2-3 weeks for the instrument to be completed + 1 week for shipping. I received the instrument about 4 weeks after making the downpayment.

Shipping: 9/10 - Delivery was via DHL and reached NZ in several days. (They also only charged me what DHL quoted them - including the 10% discount DHL gave them)

Quality: 8/10 - From what I can see and feel, the analyser is very good quality. The unit is solid, the circuit boards look high quality (and not made in China!), and it's fairly user-friendly. Unfortunately the probe and thermocouple look and feel lower quality than the rest of the set, and the appearance and interface are very dated. However, I knew these before I purchased, and it is nice to use a well-made instrument.

Price: 9/10 - The cost of IMR gear is very good. Obviously you never get something for nothing though, so you lose out a bit on the dated looks and old interface.

Support: 9/10 - Really too early to tell, but so far my questions have been promptly answered, and replacement part numbers are supplied with the kit.

My advice - buy from these guys, and skip the made-in-China junk!

NEVER give this company your email address!
For THREE YEARS I have been trying to get my name removed from their mailing list(s). I have phoned them, emailed them, and once sent a snail mail. They refuse to have the courtesy to install an "Unsubscribe" button on their site(s) and hide behind the statement that their website(s) are outsourced.
An entirely despicable company.
