Solar Future did a fantastic job installing panels on my Air BnB property. It's great that commercial properties get the standard 30% income tax credit and additional 25% business write off, meaning that I essentially get a 55% discount off wholesale price on my system! Plus the extra $1000 promotional credit was a nice touch. Highly recommend working with the professionals at Solar Future!

Solar Future has been a pleasure to work with. I chose the in-home consultation rather than zoom. Greg explained the entire process of how Solar works, compared to my utility rate plan, showed the benefits and limitations of solar power. Greg has many interesting and educational examples from his 2 decades of Solar and Energy experience. The install crew was fantastic too, very professional and respectful. I look forward to the many years of Solar production from my house, feels good to be independent of utility rate hikes.

We decided to go with Solar Future / Urban Solar after getting proposals from multiple companies. Greg was very knowledgeable about the system and based off of the products and warranties we feel we made the right decision. We chose to use one of the lenders that they have and our payment is less than what we were paying the utility (with no end in sight). If you would like a straight forward proposal with no high pressure, I recommend reaching out to Greg. The install went well and was completed in one day. We are now on the road to owning our own energy.

We recently chose to install solar panels for our house. Our sales professional Shaun was extremely knowledgeable about the product. Shaun walked us through (multiple times) how the system works, how much it would cost us, our potential savings from going Solar, etc.

On top of his knowledge of the product Shaun was very patient with us. We went back & forth deciding whether to go Solar with multiple companies but Shaun never once pressured us into a sale.

After our install we ran into some issues getting our grid activated. It took almost 12 weeks to get the system turned on. Despite the delays, I have no doubt that without Shaun’s help it would have taken much longer to get our system activated.

Shaun was constantly in touch with us seeing what he could do to fix our situation. He even reached out to the higher ups at Urban Solar (our panel installer) & was on a first name basis with our local energy provider.

So many companies today are concerned with the sale & once the sale has been made they could care less about the customer. When issues inevitably arise, there is little to no customer service. This was NOT the case with Solar Future. Shaun & his company have been genuinely concerned about our customer experience throughout this entire process.

Despite the issues with connection I would definitely recommend Shaun & Solar Future.

I requested proposals for a solar system w/ multiple companies. I met with Greg and Shaun (Solar Future USA) and based off of their expertise and explanation of how the system works and how the utility pays me, I decided to go with Solar Future USA. Everything was handled by them from start to finish and it was installed early Spring. Have already seen the savings on my utility bill and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Solar Company with honesty and integrity.
