I am still waiting to hear from the management. I have called multiple times to request service to the inverter as it is malfunctioning. We have been unable to consume any of the energy the system has produced due to something malfunctioning within the system. It has not worked properly since the installation and I have emailed the owner’s multiple times and there has been no resolution. No one will call me back. It’s like the company doesn’t exist anymore… I have spoken to Solar Edge who acknowledged that the inverter is not working properly but it’s on the installer to follow up. They promised they would always be available for any issues with the system and that promise was not kept. We will have to call another company to come and do the work these people were obligated to perform. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them as they seem to be some sort of fraudulent organization. Everyone at this operation should be ashamed of themselves.

For the whole world being short staffed due to covid they show up and put the effort in helping their customers.

The owner Wilfredo sold me a bad package Company is a fraud , sold me a oversized system with Broken Damaged water heater , the owner doesn’t answer the call , I will be reporting his company to the financing Renew that I have used for my house. I won’t recommend this company Para nada , stay away Con Dios Primero , todo va estar bien. Gracias
