We recently purchased land in Live Oak Florida and were looking to clear some land to build our forever home. I got Ben’s number from a neighbor. I called Ben and he met with us at the property that same day. I told Ben what I was looking to do, and Ben with his vast knowledge of trees and land clearing walked the property and told me what he would do! He gave us a price and said, “when we are done this lot will be sod ready.”

The time frame was about 6 months, Ben said if he had an opening in between jobs he would work on our land.

It was only a few weeks later when Ben called and said he can start. I gave him the go ahead and his team went to work. I drove up to the property twice during the clearing and was in amazement. When Ben and his crew finished it was way more than what I expected. I was so impressed by the way the land looked it was beautiful. Ben delivered as promised and also recommended a builder who we are currently working with to build our home. 5 stars isn’t enough. Ben when beyond our expectations.

I have contacted G & W Site Services, LLC a couple month ago to give us a quote for some land clearing and leveling. Ben responded promptly with his quote. He is a very polite and professional young man. His entire crew acted in very professional and friendly manner. Before he started, he went through his hourly rates and material cost again and began the work. In addition to land clearing, they have installed a new driveway. Ben completed the job and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend him and his company, and I will definitely looking forward hiring him again.

Do not recommend this service. Overpriced and was not done as told to us by Ben. Ben did not follow his own procedures he told us and was very defensive when we did walk thru after. Never came and fixed issues as promised. said he was waiting for neighbors to do the same time. Ben hauled pine out of our property after being told that they were burning on site and wasnt worth anything after we asked to leave it. Said property be smooth as baby's bottom and could ride lawn mower without spilling beer. That didn't happen and still hasn't over a year later.

I needed about 40 acres cleaned up, trails cleared, and trees cleared. I had a couple of different companies give me quotes and after 5 minutes of meeting Ben and his crew at G&W I knew they were the ones for the job. On time , hard work, and constant communication is what they brought. The job took 3 days and was done to perfection. I own a business and know getting good help in today’s times is often tough, everyone claims they can work magic for you and why they are the best etc. From the time we set a job date to to conclusion of the project G&W did not disappoint. I highly recommend their services.

I have more work to be done that is unconventional for his type of business but I have already hired him for the next job.
