This company was a struggle to deal with from the very beginning. Getting call backs on issues was like pulling teeth. Once the work was completed on the house (roof and solar) no consultant ever came to review the solar array. As a result, I am still paying Duke Energy over $100 per month.
My suggestion would be to find another company. My battle will begin with them very soon.
