This is an update review about our Lyftmaster solar gate opener which was installed 3.5years ago! I have to say this was one of best thing we have invested for our family security ❤️ The company has been excellent all these years when i call them for maintenance! I also haven’t had any issues with the equipment except for some very minor glitches such us our plants had grown so much its blocking the sensor😂so yeah of course the gate won’t open and close🙈. One thing i like with them is they don’t over charge you with their services💵! So far i think service price was fair. One more thing, Angel and Mike are amazing technicians🌷Very courteous, friendly, skilled and keeps up with appointments! This company is A+ when it comes to delivering excellence and quality services💯. Customer service is also very responsive to inquiries📞. Over all we are happy and pleased with the services we have been receiving🥳👍🤗 No need to post photos because our equipments is seen in the company’s gallery😎

I placed an order a month ago for gate openers. I never received a status or any information so I reached out via email. No response. After waiting, I contacted the number and was informed I would get a callback regarding my order. I waited another week and no response. I sent another email and called again to which I was told, I would get a callback within 10 minutes (that was 4 days ago). In all, I sent 5 emails, 2 text messages, and called several times to which no response on my order. The payment for my order was already taken from my account. This is horrible service. I should have learned from my first experience with them but I was trying to give the benefit of doubt thinking things happen. But this is by far the worst. Please DO NOT waste your time with this company. I am very disappointed. I will attempt to get my money refunded.

Urgent Warning: Avoid This Company at All Costs!

I implore you to heed this warning and refrain from investing your precious time, energy, or hard-earned money in dealing with this utterly disappointing company. The level of frustration and inconvenience I have endured is nothing short of exasperating. For weeks on end, I've been grappling with a solar-powered gate installation they installed for me, and now will not operated. The gate remains unfixed and the situation unresolved.

Prepare yourself for the disappointing saga that unfolded after they duped me into paying an egregious service fee under the guise of a promise to rectify the issue. Time and time again—more than five instances to be exact—they provided me with dates for their service visit, only to leave me hanging in thin air as no one ever materialized.

The abyss of my frustration deepened as I embarked on a mission to communicate my grievances through emails and numerous phone calls. To my astonishment, every single attempt has been met with complete silence and blatant disregard. My pleas for assistance have fallen on deaf ears, and my frustration has mounted as they've chosen to ignore my outreach.

In this convoluted mess, I've been subjected to a myriad of dubious excuses and inconsistent narratives. From the absurd claim of being audited by the IRS to the feeble explanation of a transition to new management causing the evident lack of follow-up—each story merely adds to the impression that this company is unscrupulously taking advantage of my financial investment without a care in the world.

To exacerbate matters, my interactions with various representatives from this company have only further cemented their indifference towards resolving the issue. It has become painfully apparent that their modus operandi revolves around a distressing pattern: extract money from unsuspecting customers and promptly disappear into thin air.

I beseech you to heed my warning and avoid this company like the plague. Spare yourself the heartache, the financial loss, and the futile efforts to rectify a situation that they have no intention of addressing. Your valuable time, hard-earned money, and sanity are far too precious to squander on an entity that views customer satisfaction as nothing more than an afterthought.

In the name of preserving your peace of mind and your financial wellbeing, stay as far away from this company as possible.

Like Stephen Rolden below I've had a similar experience. On first experience everything went well! Mike was excellent all around. After we wanted to move our motor and was told to build a platform for it. After building it, we have contacted this company multiple times. We made an appt and they never showed up. I called and they mentioned they'd call back but never did. We tried calling back multiple times and they dont answer. So now we are stuck with a platform built but motor not repositioned. This company is only good for a ONE TIME USE. Be careful.

Great service and price. I was skeptical about picking them at first because it had very little reviews and I like shop around. There were no other companies open at the time and they answered right away. I was greatful that they provided services 24hrs because we needed it fixed right away. They dispatched someone within the hour. The technician was very professional and straight forward about his work. I was really satisfied with everything overall. I lucked out with them, they left my gate like new!

Great communication. I appreciated the willingness to work with an older existing gate system rather than just replace everything. I was provided 3 different options and price points. The technician (Mike) was very friendly and knowledgeable during the estimate and installation. I would highly recommend.

Had a good experience at at first with them. I had them put a new motor to open my fence. And then 1 month later it stopped working . i called them and told me they'll send someone to fix it. Well they never came waited and waited. I called them and they wouldn't answer. So i had to use another company to put a new motor.
Had to spend more money.

I don’t recommend this place at all. Called the first time to get an estimate was quotes a price. Was directed to send photos over i did and never heard back. I call several times no answer left voicemail with no return. When i finally got an answer i was told the same story “I’m waiting on the tech to confirm I’ll call you by 5” one week later no response then i get a hold again and i get “yes your confirmed foe this date and time” no show no call. Believe all the bad reviews they all share the same stories!

**update: your full of it…you never refused anything you verbally told me that we were scheduled for installation and your company (and i use that term loosely) never even showed up at the given time! Never called. Nothing. Just like all your other reviews and i will be notifying the BBB as well.
