I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaning service. I sent in a brand new blouse for my husband and a dress for my daughter. To my dismay, they returned my husband’s silk shirt with drawstrings damaged. The service completely ruined these designer luxury brand clothes. When I requested a refund or any form of compensation, they refused to offer any resolution. I strongly advise against using this dry cleaner if you value your clothing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

Totally ruined a new Jacket and Pants (one use). Only help they offered was a re-do after they messed up all buttons on the jacket and the waist on the pants. They will say they’ll help and not do much. Stay away from this horrible place.

I have had just good results with this company. Have been using their services for 4 years now. Always ready when they say it will be ready, and I never had any clothes damaged or anything. The staff is always smiling and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend

The best dry cleaners in the area. I brought in a white jacket and 2 pairs of light-colored pants. They did an exceptional job cleaning them all. The service was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Ok, so I am a long time customer and as everywhere, we had our ups and downs, but the team now is outstanding! The job they do, the way they treat you / your closet is A++. Last week I had a double accident with 2 silk high-end pieces. Honestly, there was baby hope to save a feather light white kimono with a bottle of red wine on it (don’t judge). Griselda did, working step by step to make it look clean, fresh and ready to go. WOW! Griselda, thank you! It takes years of practice and knowledge to become a professional as you are!

OUTRAGEOUS!!! STAY AWAY!!!! THEY “DONATED” ALL OF MY CLOTHES!!!!!! I’ve been a customer of this establishment for over 2 years, last time I dropped off 12 items!! and unfortunately I’m an ICU healthcare provider and my schedule got a lil hectic and I was not able to pick it up on time. Well I just came to pick up my 12 items that were worth over 2,000$ and guess what- IT WAS ALL GONE!!!! Donated!!!!!! When I asked to show me the proof of donation the owner could not come up with anything!!! I received only one phone call with one voicemail asking me to come pick it up, ONE!!!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!

I used this cleaners for the first time and I do not recommend them at all. First of all they are extremely expensive. There are plenty of cheaper places. Second, they did not do a good job at all. My shirt still bad the same lint on it as before I brought it. The pants had odd creases and was not pressed well at all. They also didn't ask if I wanted starch (I thought that was standard) but that could be my fault for not asking. Either way definitely not a quality job for the price. If it was quality work, I can look past the price.

Ruined my Boss jacket. It shrinked and I cannot use it any longer... But what is worse now is that I was invited to send the jacket back to fix it and after they try to fix it and realizing they couldn't, they put the policy excuse and said hey can't do anything else. This is now making it even WORSE than the original complain. Trying to Recover from the first experience and then saying "No, we won't give you any refund" and thank you for your business, basically telling me I am not welcomed as a customer. So sad to see that a franchise like this has such a poor customer service policy. I won't be back for sure and will not recommend for anyone in the area. Thank you for nothing.
