After over a year of researching how to build out a campervan, I was super excited to find Mango Vans here in South Florida. Previously, all the van conversion companies I found were based out west in Colorado, California, or Washington. When I found Mat just as he was opening his new shop in North Miami Beach, I couldn't have been happier.

While initially, I planned to do the whole build myself, after assessing my lack of work space, proper tools, and relevant experience (other than YouTube) I grudgingly had to admit that I would get a much better result with far less headaches employing craftsmen.

I had Mango Vans install a MaxxAir fan, a house battery with alternator charging isolater, and a cedar ceiling with dimmable LED puck lights and USB and standard outlets. Everything was expertly installed and I was thankful not to have to cut holes in the van roof or learn any more about wiring the electric.

Mat and his team are skilled and knowledgeable. They coordinated with all my ideas and patiently answered all my questions. I'm impressed with their desire to deliver custom solutions to satisfy any vanlifer's dream. I've taken my first trip with my newly outfitted van and can't wait to take many more.

I had Adrian and Jason install a 4-270Ah battery bank and all of the required Victron components on my 31 foot Thor RV. All of the work was done professionally and the final product looks and performs great. They also installed a Starlink satellite antenna on the roof and got it connected as well.

If you are searching the web to find a company to complete your van conversion, look no further! After researching “A LOT” of van conversion companies, we opted for MANGO VANS. Why, you ask? Personalized service from Mat the owner, and his team. He completely understood our needs when we explained our van lay out and traveling dreams. The use of high end materials. Their expertise with wiring and testing. Top-notch appliances, fridge, fan, sink, solar panels, awning, and roof rack. He also designed our van using his unique branding, including the color scheme. We love the tropical colors. It’s not your average white/gray color design That seems to be the flavor of the 20’s (unless you want that, of course :-). The price was also very reasonable and slightly less than other companies who did not offer as many special touches. I came to Mat with a few specific’s I wanted, such as the extra windows that slide, and the larger Dometic Fridge/Freezer combo, and not having to haul Propane and use of a plug-in induction burner. He was able to accommodate all my wants and asks. He was also a great soundboard when I wasn’t sure of a few options, such as the bed layout, and marine style open cabinets. The work was completed on-time and Mat kept us up to date on the progress and costs. Just book it!
