Had my couch cleaned with Jacob and he did a great job. Called before arrived, was on time and very professional. The cleaning required an upgrade but the couch came out looking like new. Whole thing took only half an hour. Would recommend!

We requested a sectional cleaning and the quote we received over the phone was 79.99 for a couch special and 39 for the additional piece. When talking to the representative, the amount with all the fees amounted around $120.00 plus taxes.

By the time the technician arrived and looked at the furniture, the price given was not even close to what the quote over the phone.
The price actually started at $200, long story short we ended up paying $300 dollars to end up with a dull couch that smelled like wet dog and stunk the whole house.
We had to take the pillows outside and wash them by hand with a brush and then throw them into the washer in order to take the wet dirt and the smell out.
The back of the couch still looks the same (not cleaned) but we cant hose it out. Reached out by mail listed on the invoice, no body has reached out, no contact info provided other than the scheduling services. TOTAL SCAM, do not use.

It's a scam, a complete scam. After calling the company, I received two young guys who explained the quotes to me and told them that I wanted a full-service deep cleaning with sanitizing. The guys seemed sympathetic. They requested me to pay through Zelle, and I proceeded to make this a smooth process to the best of my ability. However, when the individuals finish with the work, I take the time to review their work, and that's what I found an incomplete job paid as a deep cleaning. The individuals sprayed the tubes with the sanitizer and then brushed again, which created a paste they could not clean on a second attempt. When leaving, they told me they did not know how to handle the issue because they were very new in the business and that a manager would have communication with me. It's been a week, and I called their offices once a day for the last week, and I just received promises of future calls and communications with managers who never call. Neither refund was attempted after the lack of experience worsened the original situation. I will help other customers and report to the proper Bureau Business entities that regulate the industry. You'll get this service for five hundred dollars in cleaning service.

Called a week in advance to schedule a time slot comfortable for me with my work schedule. On the day of, I was contacted and asked if they could come earlier or another day. I said unfortunately I had planned for this particular day and time. After some back and forth, I still had to leave my job early to meet the tech. Once inside the property, the tech said it would be $600+! I explained to him that my quote was for $150 and about $36 for tough stains. He quickly agreed to do a deep cleaning for $250. Appeared extremely fraudulent how quickly he folded and did it for $250. The couch is a bit cleaner. Definitely not deep cleaned. Stains are still apparent, you can see streaks where a machine was used. Overall disappointed, will not return or recommend to anyone. I will be contacting my bank for a refund. I scheduled a same-day appointment and was assured that the technician would arrive, as I needed immediate service. However, after waiting for two hours, the technician did not show up. When i called, the technician requested to come 90 minutes late, but the building doesn't allow vendors after 4 PM. I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere, but now I have to wait three additional days (due to the weekend) for another company to resolve my issue.

We called for 2 rooms of carpet to be cleaned, for the $99 special, instead the sales guy tried to upsell us $269, we went with another company for $149 and we are very happy with the end result.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

A $250.00 dryer vent cleaning job, after 3 weeks this is still remaining in the duct. Unacceptable!!!
They advertise $99 service which is not what is charged and the appointments are useless, he showed up 4 hours later!

RUN DON'T WALK. Stay as far away as possible.

I was looking to freshen up my Crate & Barrel sofa. Saw their ad for a special under $80 and scheduled an appt. The day of, didn't hear from guy until the end of window to say he was on his way, an hour away. Already bad start. When he arrived he convinced me that I needed an upgraded service for $350. Not happening. He stepped away, came back and said he got approval to offer it for $150 and I fell for it. I wouldn't have felt bad if my sofa didn't end up worse than it started.

The manager offered to send someone to fix it. I took day off from work and guy never showed up. Contacted manager and after tricking him to answer my text by texting from a different number, he said he would reschedule. The day they were to come, the tech calls me to tell me the redo would not be free. I would have to pay $350.

So basically they wanted to charge me another $350 to fix the damage they caused my $2,400 sofa. I'll safe you all the other details of my attempts to get them to fix what they did wrong. Not successful.

Then I go to BBB site and see how others were in same situation. I wish I had checked out that site sooner.

These clowns are now trying to slowly change to a different company name.

BUYER BEWARE. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU GET. I WISH I HAD BEEN WARNED.
