The staff are super friendly and kind. My partner and I came to visit because our friend has a condo in the Hemispheres. Currently, the pool on their side is under construction so the basketball court nearby isnt as clean either. However, there was always staff to help out.

The beach is accessible and beautiful if you go to see the sunrise!

The maintenance crew is available so they came for a quick repair when we called and were very efficient.

We used the laundromat, to wash would take about half an hour and drying is about 45-60 min.

Besides the current construction, the place was very lovely and we really enjoyed our stay!

We love our apartment, rented for 2 years on the same line, waited for one to come for sale. The basic property is the best for 5 miles in either direction. The bayside pool, the beach, the snack bar and the common areas are okay to great. As new owners, it is clear the condo is in a flux state ... those who want to keep it affordable (few amenities, mere maintenance) and those who would like to see it returned to it's former glory as a first rate place to live and play. We are committed to the latter.

Horrible! just horrible!! 9 months was good enough for me. Moving out in several months and can't wait. If you want to be back in elementary school, move here. You are hostage of the association and their "rules". You have 20 yo security guards with lots of power and no education deciding your every move, and go to the office!!!! they feel like they are doing you a favor by talking to you, when thats their job. They are plain rude. If you have a normal job 8-5 and you have a little of a commute to your "home" forget about getting ID cards, car stickers, packages (that they take hostage) etc etc, since you need a permit for everything. Their hours are bankers hours and it is your problem to fit their schedule even if it means taking a day off from work to get a parking sticker as I was told. Oh and without the sticker you can't come in and park!! at the place you pay and call home. The setting is beautiful, the valet and maintenance personal are great in my experience, the apartments are comfortable, the amenities are ok, but "living there, is living in a prison", this is a quote from one of their permanent residents, and the was followed by "and now I can't leave since I am upside down in my mortgage, I am a prisoner in my own home young man. Be smart and don't invest here" this after she had a screaming match with one of the security guards, something I witness at least once a month between guards and residents.

Truthfully for an educated professional or an independent retired professional it does not work; unless, you are enjoy having other people telling you what to do and talking to you like a 5 year old kid. Then go ahead and move here, you'll be right at home.

I wrote a pretty negative review on here and looks like they went ahead and paid Google to have it removed. That just shows you how awful this place is. My apartment was fine. Security and administration are the absolute worst. I won't get into much details, but do yourself a favor and stay away. Stay far, far away.

100% administration and board members not prioritizing the right things and lacking professionalism…it’s unfortunate since the property itself still has much potential and would significantly improve the resident and owner experience.
