The people at this location went above and beyond my expectations with my order. Ordering from Kansas to treat my lovely wife for her birthday and of course practically last minute, my delivery could not be made on Sunday so I received a text stating it could be Sat. or Mon. They also refunded my delivery fee. I find out later that day my wife and her father have plans at noon so I call to find out ETA on delivery. Unfortunately their delivery didn't go out until 11:30 and offered to bring ice packs if a cooler was left out or my gift could be left at the neighbors. Very accommodating! To sum it up, everything fell into place and my wife loved the packaging and gift. Thank you for all the help in Florida from a Husband in Kansas.

Received an edible arrangement today and this is not the first time I have gotten flowers and my arrangement. The flowers are awful for as much money it costs to send this the flowers should have looked a lot better than this . This makes me upset . Hopefully something will be done and get better .

We received our very first arrangement of wonderful fruits and chocolate dipped strawberries today, and everything is delicious! Everything is scrumptious, beautiful, and quite large with such artistic appeal!

I would like to compliment this location for its excellent customer service. Robin went above and beyond to make sure my order was delivered with the proper message. My mother in law was very impressed with the quality of fruit and presentation of the bouquet. Will definitely order from there again!

Called Edible Arrangements Springhill, FL to deliver birthday gift to 11 year old. It is her yearly surprise. This year did not disappoint. Thank You Edible Arrangements Springhill for making our 11 year olds birthday complete.
P.S. She said the chocolate strawberries were excellent!

Failed to deliver, after confirming delivery for that day, no phone calls were made to update us about our order not being delivered. My Husband called for an update and was told “we’ve run out of time”, fine we get it, but communication could have saved all of this. Fruit was mushy, or had not even begun to ripen. All but 2 pieces, 1, strawberry, and 1 pineapple were inedible.
Disappointed in customer service and the quality of my gift. Yearly we use this location, never have had an issue, I will most likely not return.

I ordered fruit and flowers for my mother’s birthday. Paid extra for same day delivery. A couple hours after I placed the order, I tracked it and it says “Out for Delivery.” It was never delivered. I call the next day and ask what happened. They said their truck broke down. Also said they called me but I never got a call. Anyways, they say they’re gonna deliver it today. I ask around what time because my parents are going out for dinner for mom’s birthday. They say it should be delivered a little after 2. 4 o’clock rolls around, still no delivery. My parents are leaving for dinner. I call and tell them to cancel and then all of a sudden they can skip all the other deliveries and head straight to my parents house. Too late. Should’ve accommodated me earlier considering my order was supposed to be delivered yesterday! No apologies, nothing. I’ll never order from them again.

I received some chocolate covered strawberries for Mother's day from one of my sons (I requested chocolate covered strawberries when he asked what I would like for Mother's Day ) and was disappointed by the taste of them. I sent an inquiry about this and spoke with the owner of this store and received an extremely nice response and she sent me another order since the first was less than perfect. The replacement order was absolutely fabulous. Just perfect. Excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to order (or request some of their products for a holiday as I did for Mother's Day) I am very pleased with the response of this shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
