I was down for several weeks due to incompetent service techs before Joe. Energy Whisper came in actually diagnosed everything going on with AC unit And gave his recommendations. Was all about performing the work the most cost-effective way. We ordered the parts from the manufacture. It’s been a week and no issues. I previously had three other service techs and all failed miserably. I highly recommend Joe and this company.

There was an additional project associated with this installation that turned out was not compatible with the hardware. I had already bought and paid for the parts. Joe immediately accepted the returns and promptly refunded the purchase price. This goes to his integrity.

I met Joe last year while servicing our HVAC system. We had a room in our home that we just could not get comfortable. Joe came out, evaluated the problem and recommended a Daikin mini split system that was designed to cool or heat a smaller specific area. As an added bonus the equipment is very energy efficient and so quite unless you knew it was running you wouldn’t know it was running. This quietness is true with both the inside and outside equipment.

I am very demanding in perfection and Joe’s installation left me completely satisfied. He arrived when promised and worked effortlessly until the job was completed. The placement of the equipment, the mounting of the equipment, the routing of the copper line set, the electrical connection and the final cleanup left nothing to be desired. His post sale follow-up has been satisfactory as well.

If you have any air conditioning problems, please do yourself a favor and give Joe the opportunity to help you solve the problem.
