The complexity of trying to perform a buyout of a property with a sibling with whom I was having a hard time agreeing on the terms was overwhelming. However, once attorney Coleman Hengesbach took charge of the situation, everything fell into place. Mr. Hengesbach made sense of all the terms and solved the issue without going to litigation. I genuinely appreciate his consistent communication throughout the process and the fair price for his service. This law office is the only one out of more than 20+ I contacted over a 5 year period to get me help. Coleman and ANA are rockstars they will help you resolve and get compensated my family was trying to block my legal and justified inheritance and Coleman made sure my interests were protected. Firefighter went under contract for a home that was on the market for half a year. After doing everything possible to close on this purchase, the seller refused to give back the buyers escrow (per contract) and has not allowed 3rd party intervention to resolve (not correct). Horrible service, and abuse of a situation.
