I regret not reading the reviews before calling. I called to schedule an eye exam for contact lenses, and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude. Without any explanation, they just bluntly told me they don’t offer contact lens services. This was especially frustrating since their website clearly states they offer contact lenses. This could have been easily avoided if your website was updated with accurate information. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Appointments take forever to schedule and then they gave my love one a hard time and would not treat them because they didn’t speak English even though they had a person on staff that was able to help they wouldn’t let the staff member help. The office manager was rude and said I couldn’t translate over the phone, when I offered to send them a HIPAA waiver for my loved one so I could translate over the phone they refused they just did not want to help I even offered to drive there to translate in person and they said they couldn’t wait the 10 minutes. Will not have my love one come back to this place.

I understand that we the Hispanic can't go there for anything. They don't want to attend us , I am not the only one. I ask for an appointment more than three times , having the referral they try not to accept me, I had to be consisting in the matter, we don't need that. She ask me more than twice my name and my las name

It took 7 months to get an appointment. When I got there, the first thing I thought of was I hope these eye testing machines have been sterilized. 30 hours later, I had the flu like I havent had in years, horrible! It took almost 2 weeks to get completely over it. So, 3 weeks later, after 3 pH calls, my glasses are finally in and driving over I find out the optical lady isn't in, so I ran a couple of errands and go back to find that department is closed because if flu and a sign up about flu symptoms and don't come in if you're sick. They need to close up for a week and totally decontaminate the place. Unbelievable!! The service industry in FL is almost completely broken!

Horrible, not helpful, rude. Office manager Melanie and staff is not helpful and rude to elderly patients. Racist against elderly people that speak broken english. Melanie cancelled my 75 year old grandmother’s appointment due to not understanding her and basically told her you can come back in January. Office manager also claimed to be a germaphobic and claimed to be grossed out. I hope she didn’t t refer to my grandmother. I hope administration reads this and does something to fix this.

First appointment we waited a month. After filling out the document with all the information and then given an appointment for the laser, which the correct information was never corrected, we drove 30 minutes to be rescheduled, wasting our valuable time and gas. No consideration

Waited an hour before seeing anyone at all. I thought, ok, first appointment, registration takes time. Next visit, same freaking thing !!!
It’s been an hour and nothing! Still sitting here in the waiting room. Everyone is pretty upset. Front desk won’t even say how much longer it’s gonna be. This place sucks.
