Shipping through USPS has always been frustrating for me. Every time I went there, it felt like I was bothering the employees—not a great vibe at all. So, I stopped going. Instead, I found Goin' Postal - Spring Hill, and I’ve never looked back.

Mike has been incredibly helpful! He really knows the ins and outs of the shipping business and has been a lifesaver for my small business. I ship delicate glass sea horses and international packages, and I trust him completely with my packing and shipping needs. The advice and care I get here make all the difference.

The store itself is amazing too! The huge American Eagle mural on the wall caught my eye right away, and I love how this store supports the military. I recently learned it’s now military-owned, which makes me want to support them even more. They even accept old American flags and ensure they’re properly retired through a veterans program. If you’re lucky, when in stock, they’ll even give you a free replacement flag—such a thoughtful touch!

From shipping labels to stamps, Goin' Postal truly is a one-stop mailing and shipping spot. I’m so grateful for their excellent customer service and dedication to the community. Highly recommend this local gem!

This is our go to place when we want something important shipped out to arrive quickly. The clerks will give you the different costs and arrival time. They also do notary public work.

One day we spent30 minutes getting lots of stuff notarized and the charge was very reasonable. This place does a good business and even if they are busy will get to you within 5 minutes. They also have mailboxes.

Another garbage store. They refuse to lift a finger unless you pay them. I had a FedEx package and simply asked them to reprint the label. Instead of helping, I got a long-winded lecture about the supposed “burden” of using a single sheet of paper.

As an authorized FedEx location, this store is obligated to provide the same services as an official FedEx office. Instead, they violate policy by pushing customers to pay for unnecessary services instead of honoring prepaid labels. I’ve already reported this violation to FedEx through their official complaint line.

FedEx should revoke this store’s franchise rights, just as they did in New Port Richey a few months ago for the exact same behavior. This place doesn’t deserve to represent their brand.

This place is gone down the drain with the new owner,some women can't remember her name but she loses my package and call me back to tell me it's my fault and there not responsible there just a 3rd party, we don't print pre payed labels for people usually. (Mean while this is my 100th+ shipment with them) then she wants to start talking down to me and repeating the same.thing over and over and just trying to cover her self legally even though I could care less about the value of the item it's the principle and the fact that there wasn't even an apology. Sad bevause the mailman here is awesome nice guy ,such a shame that now he's gota deal with this piece of trash. GO TO STAPLES HOME DEPOT OR ANYWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE.. update since I can't reply to her comment ,now your lying what violence did I threatren, and labels I printed? No you printed them for the 100th time which is only reason was going to you because I needed them printed and you happen to be a shipping center to supposedly so I let you guys do that to and never had a problem until you recently showed up the other day

Absolute rip off. $20 for a flat rate that was supposed to be $10.50 through usps. Will advise everybody to stay away.

I'm back with another one of my candid and honest reviews.

Throughout my more than 30 years in various businesses, I've encountered countless mailbox places. You know what's been a common theme among all those places? They ALL went out of business! Dealing with such closures has been a significant hassle—relocating, informing contacts about new addresses—it's a proverbial pain in the neck.

But there's an exception to this trend: Goin Postal. They've maintained their business for over 15 years, which is quite an accomplishment in itself.

At this Goin Postal location, Jonathan is the key person, and he's genuinely affable. He's committed to assisting you and finding ways to save you money whenever possible. His welcoming demeanor is consistent; he greets you with a smile and ensures a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

While I'm not as familiar with the other employees, I've found them to be friendly and cheerful during my occasional interactions.

If you're in need of a dependable and trustworthy mailbox service, Goin Postal is the place to go. In my experience, it's leaps and bounds better than both the UPS Store and the US Post Office.

If you're searching for a reliable mailbox service, take my word for it—this is the place to be!

I use Going Postal on Commercial Way in Spring Hill, FL all the time I have a box or boxes to ship. Their service is "remarkable"! A most accommodating crew of people! I've shipped from single to multiple quantities and never had problem one. This summer I used their over-the-road shipping for a skid of goods going out of state. What a super job they did, building a needed box along with packing the skid and securing it for the road trip and carrier. I had a tracking number and was also able to call to get updated information on the delivery date. You just can't beat this type of service. This will always be my choice for a friendly, neighborhood shipping center.

Very convenient. I ship a lot of packages and this is the only place I know of in the area where I can drop off packages for USPS, FedEx and UPS all at once instead of having to go to each different place. They also sell shipping supplies and have a print, fax, copy service. P.O. Boxes are available as well. They sell lotto, cards and little wares that I assume are for when people want to send a little something extra in their packages. The staff has always been nice to me and they are always quick to get in and out of.
