I posted a question in a group and Joshua was the only person in the group that tried to give me the answers I needed. It didn’t work so he came out on a Sunday and didn’t charge me much at all. Very honest and affordable. Would highly recommend to anybody that asked.

I got four bids from various companies in the area to replace my 20-year-old AC (inside and out). JPH provided two bids (one with a higher quality unit). They also provided the best and lowest bid. Josh is a very honest and knowledgeable AC Technician and owner. He is very pleasant, trustworthy, and did everything to the schedule he laid out. He understood my situation of it being August in Florida with an old AC that was dying and not functioning correctly. He made sure I was happy with the work done and explained everything very clearly. I HIGHLY recommend JPH for all of your AC / Heating needs!!!

Amazing customer experience! My neighbors AC went out Friday around 430. We saw JPH getting referred alot online so I gave them a shout. I spoke to Laurie and she got a tech dispatched and sent over. We thought Friday, almost 5 o'clock nobody is coming. To our pleasant surprise the tech showed up and had unit running with in an hour of getting here . They didn't charge any extra fees or try to upsell my neighbor. We will both be recommending JPH to anyone who needs repairs, a tune up or even a whole system. They answered, they communicated, they did what they said, they were efficient, affordable and super pleasant to work with. Thank you JPH AC!

Nothing more to it honestly but Josh is hands down our go to for AC. He was here well before he said and was very thorough in fixing our issues with wiring as well as explaining some of our other issues we were concerned about. I was not having A/C issues but had the company that installed the unit in for a routine service call. They said I needed a new fan motor. The unit is only 5 years old. They gave me an outrages estimate. JPH contacted me on New Years day and offered to help, free of charge. JPH came out the next day and ran diagnostics and didn't find any problems. JPH is a knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable company that really wants to help. I would highly recommend them.
