Having to move my mom into Pearl Garden in August of 2024, which was a difficult decision but the right decision for her, the staff was absolutely amazing! Every staff member that I have encountered have been pleasant & helpful. Any issue I have brought to a staff members attention was taken care of within minutes. I live in Pennsylvania & when it was time for me to leave my mom, I did not have any worry regarding the care that my mom was going to have. The nurses, assistants & activity director in Pearl Garden are WONDERFUL, I can't say enough, I'm so thankful for them & work that they do.

My mom has been living at timber Pines for a little over six months now and it’s an awesome place for her to be because she’s not lonely all the time she has people eat dinner with and lunch with she even has people that she can walk around the yard the garden and sit by the fountain and everything it’s a great place And. Also, one of my mom became unconscious and fell, and nobody could locate her. The nurses looked in her room and found her unconscious on the floor and immediately sent it to the hospital, which was awesome. The one downfall with that situation was nobody from timber Pines called me or my brothers to let us know that my mom had been admitted into the hospital and we spent a whole day trying to locate her But the place is really great clean it smells great. Everything’s well kept the yard the garden the fountain everything is wonderful.

This was my first time visiting my mother at this facility and she has been here for over a year. And I am a physician not bragging just stating that I probably noticed a lot of things on her care on her happiness on her life there. I have noticed she has improved in many ways being at this facility under the care of the people that work there. It's a very secure place I noted and the people are very helpful that work there they want to help they don't act like they have to. They are authentic. And I noticed it with the other people that live there they are intertwined with the other people that live there in a good way and the people everyone that I met is in a happy healthy place. So I would highly highly recommend this for anybody that might be looking for a place further mother or father or both. I was also able to stop in with my two dogs and they are smaller rat terriers and that was very enjoyable for people to interact with the animals. So I would I hope they don't mind I would push for that cuz everyone that saw the dogs wanted to come up and say hello. It makes a big difference.

Timber Pines is where I would like to be placed if I reach that point in my life where I need memory care. I love the "front porches" that some of the suites have. The activities are great and the staff is awesome. In addition, the facility is gorgeous!

This is a really nice place. I’m an outside vendor and of all the places I visit, this is one of the best. It’s nice, clean and the staff is top notch. If you can afford it, this is a good spot to live.

I went to the residence to assist for the Catholic Mass at 1:30pm. The people had set up chairs and water and an Altar in advance. The people waiting for Mass were so friendly and eagerly awaiting Father Edison to come say Mass for them. I will be back to assist every second Friday of the month.
