Walmart Pharmacy - Spring Hill, Florida

Aisles are to narrow especially for us wheelchair users. New carts are to high to see over when pushing one while in a wheelchair. Also I have a highly trained service dog and Walmart lets in untrained non service dogs who have gone after my dog

Few minutes ago, I talked to technician Kathy. Requesting if it’s possible to have the prescription before 4 PM because of important and that we have to go to a place before four pm today.
I called yesterday for refill and the automatic refill voice said I’ll have at 4:00.
But late yesterday we found out that we must go to a place before 4 o’clock.
I tried to explain this to, Kathy. Her answer was we have a lot to do here. We have a lot of prescriptions to do so she wasn’t sure if she can do this except after four.
I explain it again to her almost begging her to have the prescription. My husband needs, and he is are due for it.
Then she said : OK then come tomorrow. Have a good day.

I was hoping that Kathy answer would be:
Sorry I will do our best to have it ready before 4:00.
We’ve been clients for Walmart pharmacy in Springhill for a long time and my husband. I always satisfied with you guys but this time I think Kathy wasn’t the best.
I always give good report. You have good technicians. But Kathy could have been better honestly.

Worst management of any Walmart especially the district manager. Acts like he's king of the world and talks down to customers like me. I'm a pediatrician and he called me a child and "shouldn't I be in school". Great choice for management...

I think this pharmacy is very underrated. They are extremely helpful with anything that they can do including calling about prescriptions and insurance. Every time I use this pharmacy it is always a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

I’ve traveled across the country and dealt with countless pharmacies for the past 20 years. It’s rare to come across one that takes a special interest in your specific needs or will go the extra mile to accommodate. I have found that this particular Walmart pharmacy is such a place. I don’t live near this pharmacy but due to the exceptional service they’ve provided me so far, it’s worth the drive. Thank you!

If I could, I wouldn’t leave 1 star for your pharmacist Manvi that was on duty last night. She’s very unprofessional, hung up on my doctor and refused to answer the phone when he tried calling her again. She stayed in the back and basically ignored me or mumbled the entire 15 to 20 minutes that I was standing there trying to talk to her. My regular pharmacy didn’t have the medication I needed and took 45 minutes calling all over this town to find my pain medication I needed from surgery. My doctor was so very shocked at her behavior as was I. If I wasn’t a decent person, I would have cussed her out including calling her what she really is on this review. I was literally standing there crying my eyes out in severe pain and this was the treatment I got from her. You couldn’t pay me a million bucks to to ever deal with her or this pharmacy again in my life.

Peter, the pharmacist and Brittany are nasty. I spoke to Brittany and had a question she couldn't answer. I asked to speak to a manager. Brittany put me on hold then came back & argued with me then put me on hold again. Finally Peter the pharmacist got on the line. He told me that Brittany already told me what he was telling me & that I had been on the phone for 17 minutes. Most of the time I was waiting to speak to someone in charge. He was mad & let me know I was bothering him. A pharmacist should understand that sometimes customers need to speak to someone higher up to get an answer about some things, etc. He should not treat customers this way. Very poor customer service. I will never do business with this pharmacy again.

I find the staff always friendly and as prompt as possible, especially since having to deal with all the COVID vaccination forms they have to handle on top of the prescription customers. Pete and the entire pharmacist and technician staff,I feel do an excellent service to me and many others.
