Although there was with a calcified root, the doctor was successful in completing my root canal. From the doctors and nurses assigned to my case (including office staff), I give this experience a top ten! They all made sure I was treated with the upmost respect and patience. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Went in for a deep clean. I got my bottom teeth deep cleaned. I was so nervous and scared. April was amazing!!! I don't know how she put up with me. I can not thank her enough. She made me more relaxed. I go back in 2 weeks for the top teeth to be deep cleaned. Thank you again April!

I waited 3.5 hours past my scheduled appointment until I finally gave up and told them I didn’t want to wait any longer. I really needed a root canal, I booked this appointment a month ago, while I’ve been in pain and my infection is getting worse. The receptionist kept telling me that it would be another 15 minutes. This office really needs to do a better job at not overbooking patients and being honest about it. I could have done other things with my time if they had just been honest about when I could realistically be seen, but instead they completely disregarded the value of my time by making me wait hours in the waiting room. When I told the receptionist that I was leaving, they said sorry but didn’t offer me a refund or offered to reschedule me. So unprofessional and a waste of time.

yeah, I just completely wasted my time. I woke up extra early and took myself to the dentist. I let them know that I wanted dental bonding done for my front two teeth after having braces twice. I just relocated from Tampa area, where my other dentist told me I was a candidate for dental bonding..this dentist gets me in with my appointment, takes a 30 second look at my teeth and then tells me that I need to pay for a crown. Now the price difference in dental bonding and a crown is about 500% HIGHER.
my point is something I requested that would have been affordable and doable for me that I know he could have done he refused to do and would only do $3000 worth of work so I assume this is because I am self-pay, they want all the money they can out of me.
they also push braces and invisalign so much, I had to ask to confirm I wasn’t sitting in an orthodontist office
The only reason it’s getting a one star is because A) I cannot put zero and B) because I do think the front office ladies are very kind and probably the strongest asset to BrightNow’s team.
I will put it simply this dentist office is all about sales clearly and not actually giving their customers what they ask for. It felt like they took what I wanted and maxed the price as much as they could.

Very clean facility and the customer service is wonderful. I've always been one to avoid the dentist because of my anxiety but the doctors and assistants here make me feel comfortable and make sure I'm doing ok through the whole process.
