The Solar CEO’s program is an excellent resource for individuals in the solar industry who are looking to elevate their skills and take their careers to the next level. The program offers several valuable benefits, including one-on-one mentorship, group mentorship, and access to a self-guided course covering various topics.

My mentor, Sonia, has been truly exceptional. She is a remarkable individual who genuinely believes in her mentees and helps build confidence by turning perceived weaknesses into strengths. Working with her has been a transformative experience, particularly in improving my mindset and habits.

While my overall experience with the program was positive, it’s important to note that this program is not ideal for those with limited time. Before joining, I expressed concerns to Trevor about my packed schedule and my ability to succeed while managing other entrepreneurial commitments. Although I was reassured that success was still achievable, this wasn’t my experience. I strongly recommend this program only to those who are fully committed to solar full-time. The program requires a significant investment of both time and money, so it’s best suited for those who can dedicate themselves fully to the journey.

Lastly, I’d like to commend Stephan for his understanding and flexibility—he’s been a great support throughout my journey!

Solar CEOS possess a wealth of experience in the solar industry, coupled with a deep understanding of the current market trends, regulations, and best practices. Their ability to distill complex information into practical, easy-to-understand concepts is truly commendable. They provided me with invaluable insights into the solar market landscape, customer acquisition strategies, financial modeling, and operational optimization, among many other crucial aspects. Their guidance was tailored to my specific goals, allowing me to craft a robust business plan that accounted for both short-term milestones and long-term sustainability.

I signed up for the program because they guaranteed 5 deals within 90 days or your money back. I followed the program to a T, and did not receive the promised results.

In an effort to be a reasonable and good customer of theirs, I did not request for a refund for what I had paid up to that point, but simply to stop the program and payments from continuing.

In spite of the terms of the agreement I signed, and my right to receive full recompense, they told me that the program could not stop and they have continued to charge my account for the last 18+ months fees in excess of $11,000.

What's more, they have shielded themselves from all financial liability by working with a third party payments company called Special Financing so that when they are asked to hold up their end of the contract on a refund guarantee, they can send you to Special Financing (who charged you) who will just say that they are not who you contracted with for services and send you back to Solar CEOs. With this model, there is no way to chargeback, or dispute transactions, and is probably the only reason they still are able to accept payments with the shady business ethics and practices they have.

I also filed a report with the BBB (Complaint ID: 22311149) on this matter and when I went to fill out the report I saw they have 3 different businesses just with different addresses. Again, evidence that they are trying to cover up the shady nature of their business by ensuring the poor reviews will have less of an impact if they spread them out over multiple businesses/entities.

Perhaps it can work for you, but in my opinion this business is not legitimate and you should not work with them. They will take your money and run.

Scam Scam Scam. Save your money and just sign with a decent install company and they'll give you everything that solar CEOs will charge you tens of thousands of dollars a month for even if you're installing through better Earth.

I couldn't be happier working with Solar CEO's as a new business owner. Initially, I thought I wanted a standard solar sales organization with a call center-to-closer model and a door-knocking team. However, through the expert guidance of Tom Felton, along with the amazing duo of Gary and Alex Edwards, I discovered my true passion.

During our weekly check-ins, I would briefly mention the alternative funding options I employed to close sales with commercial businesses. After analyzing my sold projects, Tom inquired more about how I was consistently closing 100+kW projects, which far outweighed any residential sales. He encouraged me to focus on why that success was happening and shared ideas on how to leverage my current process. The conventional sales organization model just wasn't working for me, so we shifted focus, and I couldn't be happier that we did!

I wouldn't have the business I have today without the HUGE help from Tom, who made valuable connections and had the business acumen to realize what I was most passionate about. Mr. Gary Edwards used his referral network, and the wonderfully patient and well-connected Alex Edwards also played a crucial role.

As a result, my business has onboarded five new solar companies that want to leverage alternative funding in Maryland, New York, Oklahoma, and two in California, each with its own sales team. The first round of projects collectively totaled 507kW! This has allowed me to increase profits beyond what I thought was possible instead of grinding for kW's on my own while training a team.

A gang that takes advantage of people with no knowledge in the industry. In the presentation, they sell you the world, making you believe that they are going to build your business. When you pay the 50,000 dollars for the initial package, they give you a disorganized garbage without any guidance. Forget about getting your money back. Mission is impossible.
