Probably the last and biggest real estate opportunity left in south Florida.

Located on the closest point in Club Circle to the beach AND golf club. Access to the inter coastal through turnberry marina right downstairs!

Wedged between golden beach and sunny aisles which are neighborhoods built for owners of $100,000,000 dollar properties… I won’t say more than you can imagine as far as the care and attention to detail and beauty of this gorgeous and truly special neighborhood.

Association fees and price per square foot are the absolute LOWEST in this affluent area. Located on the inter coastal, this building is a hidden gem and one of the few that has yet to reach its full investment potential.

Long known for its prestige and classical elegance, the Turnberry Towers have a better view than the Porsche or Armani towers on the beach because of a few factors… at night… in those buildings pictured below that are located across the intercostal, your city view is constantly being robbed by the next overpriced half empty tower. And unless the moon is shining on the water all you can see at night is blackness. However here at the turnberry you have the city view unobstructed and lighting up the ocean view as well. Further, no new construction will ever pop up ten meters away like the new st Regis tower is doing to the Porsche which did that to the Armani… etc…

Pro tip - from the 16 - 26 floor there are 10 “GR” units designed by famous architect called the Gramercy line. These units are a palacial 3,400 sq/ft under air mansions in the sky. This size unit anywhere else in this area is selling for over $16,000,000.00. With the renovation that was just approved, you can buy a GR unit today for under 2 million and sell it tomorrow for 5-10.

Wouldn’t expect it to last much longer, people are noticing in the comps and snagging up units as soon as they hit the MLS but if the opportunity presents itself don’t miss it!

Note: I only speak on what I know.
For as many times as I have run into this kind of situation I am still always amazed to say the least. You would think with the amount of money that these people staying on these condominiums on these water friends that their staff would not only be professional but have the upmost etiquette. And once again I am proven wrong. Maybe the price the tenants pay is exclusively because and for the location. Still it is pretty shocking to me.

Worse management team ever, Both managers are racist and talk smack about all the residents in the building and even the employees, I don't recommend this place for anyone.. Stay far away..
