Excellent company. My experience with Betco has included AC/Heat maintenance, repairs and new system installation. When I was ready to replace my 20-year-old air conditioner, Tony/GM at Betco gave me the best price, answered questions, and offered me options along the way. I had been using Betco for maintenance service and repair on my 20-year-old central AC unit and asked them for a quote and info when I was ready to have a new system installed. Betco went above my expectations by offering the best price among other quotes and they did a great job providing an excellent experience. Betco does nice quality work and saved me money along the way.

Very pleased with Betco's service. We have a 110 + year old house and the metal ductwork in the crawlspace under the house hasn't seen any work in well over 50 years. Betco secured them in place, sealed, removed old insulation and replaced with new. This old house is cooler than it has ever been. Cannot recommend them enough.

Betco replaced my 20 yr old AC and air handler. A little over a yr later the unit suddenly stopped working. Of course, this happened the week of Thanksgiving. Imagine trying to cook dinner without AC with temps still 80-90s.

The tech,Jimmy, arrived the next day and diagnosed the problem. A part needed replacing in my air handler. He was prompt, super friendly, answers all my questions and explained everything.

Initially, the part wasn’t going to arrive until after Thanksgiving Day. The wonderful girl who handles dispatch and the office wasn’t hearing it. She went to bat for me, found the part, and Jimmy got it installed on the Wed before Thanksgiving. The holiday was saved!

This is the way a company should be run. They take care of their customers and everyone seems to love their job. That says so much about a company. The company culture is then transferred to customers with, smiles, patience, and kindness.

I can’t recommend Betco enough. They are a fantastic local family business that takes pride in taking care of their customers.

I was so lucky to get the name and number of the A/C company...
3:45 on a Friday afternoon, after I had it "fixed" by another company earlier this week it stopped working...
I called Betco and within 20 minutes I had a very qualified man who checked and really "fixed" my A/C!!! Oh what a wonderful thing!! And the price was much much better than the other company that didn't really fix it...
Want good quality service, ask for John, my new a/c technician...

I can’t say many great things at all about this company. We purchased a home in 2022. We quickly found tons of problems which included the a/c unit flooding the inside air intake. Like buying in a totally insane market and having to waive inspections wasn’t terrible enough. The wood was dry rotted completely and tons of insulation was molded together. We called around for quotes and went with Betco they seemed kind and competent and had good reviews. We had to replace the fence, the water heater, the flooring was soaked in urine, and needed replacement- our pocketbook was spent, but we were able to get enough money from family to barely cover the cost. They were quick to install, but left spray foam everywhere, a massive hole in the wall, left the dry rotted wood and told us just to get some insulation from Home Depot to fix the dry rotted insulation under the unit. All things that were meant to be repaired by them. They never went into our attic to look at any duct work to repair like the invoice said, and we were told they used fancy screws for the wood they screwed in under the new unit and above the old dry rotted wood and that it should be fine- “it would dry out” Initially my wife and I accepted the work, we didn’t want to be picky, and just were happy to have a/c again in the height of summer. We patched the hole ourself, and tried our best to repair the insulation ourselves. Then we called an upwards of 4 times trying to get our drain line worked on, and only because of a ton of other issues did they finally fake fix it. Then came our first winter. We go to turn on the heat. And the unit goes up in smoke. The smoke alarms go off in the house and there’s a burning smell in every edge of the home. We call Betco for help- initially they blamed it on our security system/ thermostat company. Eventually they found out their apprentice messed up and put some sort of heating element in wrong. “No big deal.” We were nervous what damage it did to the unit we had to pay extra to warranty, but just hoped they knew still what they we talking about. Again we call in June of 23, a/c is completely out, has been for days. “Drains clogged”. At this point we haven’t even had the a/c unit a year and they still tried to charge us, but eventually we managed a “deal” and they wouldn’t charge us this once. Told us to pour vinegar down it every couple of months, check. Done. Now it’s December. A/C goes out again, God only knows if I try to turn the heat on. Their is flooding in our garage and it’s soaked through all the wood again into the air intake and all the insulation we replaced. Our in laws are coming for Christmas and there’s no air conditioning. We’re told again it’s a clogged line that will be $89 not covered by the 10 year parts and labor warranty, and they swear they’ll be back with 20 feet of pvc and insulation for our drain line. They do show up the next day, but hey it’s going to cost 89$ to replace the switch that fried when the heating element was wrong, because it’s an “accessory.” But hey the insulation is free. From what we can tell absolutely 0 pvc piping was replaced. Let alone 20 feet of it. Completely lied to. I’m terrified this is where my a/c is warrantied, the amount of times I’ve come home to my wife being so stressed over finances for a unit we paid nearly 7 grand for a little over a year ago. Complete Insanity. Wish we went with another company for the difference of $500.

Superb service, prompt response to 2 unrelated air-conditioned problems. 2 seperate units went out for entirely different reasons. Everything fixed and cool within 4 hours of shutdown.

After getting 7 quotes I decided to go with Betco because they had a competitive price and the best warranty. They were great! Had my new system installed, up, and running in less than a week with all permits and inspection. Tony is very up front and responsive. All the guys there were very respectful, polite, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Betco!
