Best Customer service I had since I moved to Brooksville. Very professional and organized. While Being very professional technician is very friendly and creates an informal atmosphere. Other repair companies in the area said the repairs I wanted to my laptop can not be done "it was better if I just buy another laptop". He repaired my laptop in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. He gave me my laptop back in better condition then I expected. He actually fixed more then the original issue.

Hired them to fix my laptop. Couldn't access Wifi from off site locations. Travel for work.
No response from email.
Woman also was at the appointment and immediately sat down on my couch and watched TV the whole time. Very unprofessional. Will never hire again.

My name is Cory Cosner, they took my graphics card that was absolutely a disgrace to any computer owner. Nasty cigarette smoke caked gunk you name it. They took the card and cleaned to where it almost looks brand new. New thermal paste and pads. Great people and I recommend them with any PC issue.

I wish every service field in life could be this easy. Called, and actually got a call back, within minutes (its amazing how this small thing is so important).
