Tree Care by Robert Miller quoted $3,800 to remove two oak trees, grind stumps, and haul off all debris. And, based on my referral, my neighbor also received a quote for $2,200 to do her smaller job. One month later, the crew arrived, and upon their arrival, the "team lead" told me there was no way they could do my job for $3,800, informing me that the original estimator frequently misquotes jobs and that mine would now cost $7,000 and take 2-days to complete. I called the home office, talked to office manager, explained the situation, and was told the daughter of the owner would call me back. To this day, nobody ever called me back. And as for my neighbors job, they completed the work in under 2-hours. Classic "bait-and-switch". Pretty obvious they used me to get her job, make an usurious amount of money, and toss me aside. Subsequent to this, I found a great company "that is fully licensed and insured" to do my job for $2,850 and it is a one-day job. Robert Millers unethical business practices are shameful and they need to recognize one basic thing of business: Do something good and someone may say something good about your company, treat someone with disrespect, and that person will tell everyone about you. I will never work with this company ever again and will do all I can to share my experience with people, recommending the other company I did business with.

I called and spoke with the office ladies regarding a quote....their mannerisms were amazing, they scheduled me right away for an estimate sent a gentleman by the name of mitch. He walked the property with me and showed me what needed to be done. Within a couple days I was already scheduled, job was done with such finesse, that's why you hire the pros! thanks tree care!

Robert Miller maintained my property for multiple years until I got recent estimates from other local companies. I was dumbfounded when I saw the significant price difference in multiple estimates. We will no longer be using Robert Miller Tree Service. I would also say the company that came out was fast, efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced.

The team that trimmed, pruned and removed our dead trees around our yard was top notch! They cleaned up afterwards and took all away (even a pile of vegetation that I had accumulated before their arrival). We asked them to install an owl’s house in the rain tree in our backyard and it was done quickly and efficiently.

The first thing I can say about Jose and his crew they are a great team. I had a Dr's appointment the same day they where suppose to start cutting down and stump grind 5 big oaks from my property by the time I got back they already had 2 down. The first thing they asked my was how was I doing. That meant a lot ty. I've been out of the military for awhile now and haven't seen professionalism and team work until Jose and his crew showed up. They worked nonstop like a well oiled machine communicated and got the job done. Very courteous, professional, and knowledgable and almost forgot VERY SAFE!!
