I live here and I'm loving it! Beautiful manicured gated senior complex. Pool, Golf and Clubhouse with many activities and clubs to participate in. Very peaceful and quiet.

Love the wildlife life too! I was even lucky enough to see the SpaceX Dragon! Definitely something I will never forget. Being from Chicago, I also love stargazing which is not easy to do in a big city.

Great place to live your retirement life. Quiet, no surprise visitors, friendly people from all over. Play golf, swim in the pool or exercise in the workout room. Bingo on select nights, dancing classes and so much more.

Wasn't always 55 plus. If u dont fit the mold, they won't accept you. Same charges, but brother didn't fit mold a single female did. They beat u up and make u pay an outrageous fee because your son don't have anywhere to live. They will make family sleep in tent and they break your bank with fees so u don't let anyone they don't they dont like stay there with u. It's really sad. Was a good park

The office is often unavailable. they have secret meetings and don't tell people what's going on. they do not give you any education as to the governing regulations and deed restrictions. they give you no warning. They just give you violations. The staff is rude and condescending. To be honest, in my opinion. The board is self-serving and not concerned about the community as a whole. But only what the small click of people that associate with them care about. I highly regret our decision to purchase here and definitely have intentions on selling when the market is in a better place.
If you want to live somewhere that's clean yet antiquated and have a board of people that won't listen to anything that you care about please by all means This is your spot.

Nice place. Very well gated and guarded. Great location right by Walmart and many other shopping choices. Plenty of food options within minutes. I75 is right there. The place is nice and has a wonderful location. Don't go getting out of line, they won't play with ya!

A wonderful place to live. Homes and properties are well kept. Lots of activities, golfing if you care to join the golf club. This is a retirement community and honestly not very kid friendly, but it is for retirees who I guess are done with raising children it's their time now lol.
