Great guys! Got me in last minute to take a look at my transmission after feeling like something was wrong while on a road trip and they made room for us cause we had 3 dogs and were gonna have to wait so they moved stuff around to get us done fast. Nothing ended up being wrong with my transmission so didn’t have to have any work done but really grateful for the time they took and care they had for our situation as well as their advice!

I found RDI by coincidence for my used 6.7L Ram 2500 I had just purchased. I had concerns about the problematic 68rfe transmission in these trucks. I spoke to Adam who is their very knowledgeable transmission guy. He talked me through common issues and items to upgrade to help with the longevity and reliability. Adam did some preventative maintenance and upgrades for me and the transmission now shifts much crisper. I will be using RDI in the future and I highly recommend them for all of your diesel needs!

I would put 1/2 a star but it would t let me. I scheduled RDI out for a diagnostic on my truck. They showed up without their diagnostic equipment, and said they would be back the next morning. They showed up the next evening and then charged me $100 more than what they quoted me. I paid it explained to them I needed the estimate to get the truck repaired. It was urgent. They sent me the estimate two weeks later.
