Ask the correct questions because these people are not honest .
Got a call from Amber who set up an appointment after we had a bathroom leak and the water migration company was done cleaning up the mess. Made an appointment to have them clear test for the mold. But my husband was concerned and called Amber back he wanted to make sure it was covered by insurance so he asked her and she said yes that are policy includes mold insurance. He then asked if she personally got the clearance from the insurance company and she said no that steamatics migration company called her to schedule the appointment and that it was covered.
He then told her that to put appointment on hold because we need to get clearance from the insurance adjuster first
Well we got ahold of the insurance adjuster and it would be covered as long as steamatics didn't go over are $2500 policy limit
Well well guess what steamatics went and made sure to soak up every penny of that policy and if we kept this appointment we wouldve been out $650 from our own pocket ......
I'm sure steamatics and this company knows each other really well or are related to each other somehow because steamatics was the ones who had them contact us knowing we would've had to pay for this service ....and just so your aware I am not pleased with steamatics company either
They are both dishonest looking for a quick buck on someone's else's misfortune
