The staff up front are friendly and helpful, and i did greatly appreciate that. The equipment maintenance is not so good. I had to go back twice for broken-down equipment. It's a giveaway of things to come when you see major green corrosion on the battery terminals, they try to give you equipment with only a quarter tank of gas in it, etc. They're not checking things and doing proper maintenance. I should have paid attention. There's nothing more interesting than trying to get a huge 36" trencher back on the trailer when it won't run because the battery won't hold a charge at all. The reason I didn't get upset was that Shamus, up front, was super helpful and made everything right. Still, I'm going to Home Depot next time.

My husband and I and a family friend came into rent a dingo to do some dirt work at our home unfortunately by getting there and trying to use the equipment immediately is sunk into the ground and it did not work. We brought it back immediately after having the equipment for only about 3 1/2 hours and Anwar gave us a full refund although he didn’t have too. Upon doing so he was able to get us another piece of equipment (bigger) and with the veterans discount it was cheaper than our first rental. Anwar was super professional. Extremely knowledgeable not to mention very helpful while being a 10 * TOP EMPLOYEE. I will forever use sunbelt rentals just on strength of this situation alone. I will also refer any and everyone whom may need any type of rental equipment. Anwar was awesome and made my husbands job, day, and life so smooth and simple by showing just a little common courtesy. People don’t realize but by doing that it goes a long way and makes a HIGE DIFFERENCE IN ONES DAY. Big THANK YOU AND SHOUT OUT TO ANWAR S. ALVAREZ. SUNBELT DID RIGHT BY HIRING HIM. Thanks again and God Bless SAFETY TO ALL!!!

This was my 1st time renting from Sunbelt. Had a mini backhoe reserved but it was returned damaged. Went to get it and delt with Kyle and was told of the situation. He went above and beyond to take care of me. What a fantastic gentleman and an outstanding company. Thank you for your customer service.

I’ve used Sunbelt rentals many times. I have to say the staff is always helpful and friendly. Every time I’ve needed a tool or equipment they’ve had it available and ready for me. The tools have always been newer and in great condition. The rental process is very easy and relatively inexpensive.

My husband rented a grinding machine to remove thin set. The young man was knowledgeable about the unit we were renting. He suggest useful tips in operating the machine and suggested using a pump sprayer help control the dusty.

We chose Jackson instead of big box rental store since it is a small local business. Great choice on our part. Would rent from them again!

Very unprofessional! I was in acquiring about a cherry picker and I was told that it was okay for me to go speak with my neighbors to make sure that we would all be able to chip in for the cost of it the gentleman said that would be perfectly fine you'll be here I told him you please don't get rid of it I will be there in no matter what this weekend and do I need to come down with a payment to hold it.. I called back not even 5 to 10 minutes later just to be told that they went ahead and rented out the one that I said that I was most definitely going to get. I gave them their number and everything and they never called knew nothing very poor customer service
