After leaving a review on my day of installation, which was yesterday, last night, I was thinking about the start to finish process of my first experience with TRINITY SOLAR. I made a call after hearing about TRINITY SOLAR from my brother in law in New York. I contacted his representative in New York on a Saturday, and Monday morning, I was speaking with my representative here in Florida. What a response time, bravo TRINITY SOLAR!!! The people I forgot to mention were the folks who assisted in my decision to move forward with TRINITY SOLAR. My representative was Kimberly Goldwyn. This is the woman who explained the entire process to me ( very informative ). The steps taken, receiving the paperwork to review, E-signature the documents back to her never once did she miss a beat asking any other questions before I move on. This was all done by phone. At 72 years old, widowed rasing my 2 granddaughters, I was treated with such respect, and I appreciated that very much. After all that, Kimberly Goldwyn comes to my home to take pictures and measurements in order to allow the plans for the installation. Then, a sub- contractor validated the measurements on another day. I'm not good sometimes, but others were Heather, Tammy, and Josh. Within 2 and a half months Wow the installation occurred. I can not stress enough to ask to have the DREADS TEAM to do the installation. Again, read the review from yesterday about them, and you'll find out why I personally am recommending THE DREADS TEAM!! God bless TRINITY SOLAR for a truly professional and, should be, ( all companies serving their customers ) a role model company as TRINITY SOLAR is.

My experience with Trinity solar panels. I met Kim when she drove by my New home to ask me if I would like solar panels I told her that they told me I wasn’t entitled gir solar panels because I didn’t have enough space on my roof she said nonsense she came in with her crew one day got approved and everything worked out beautifully. I got my solar panels my husband, and I are thrilled. I recommend Trinity Solar panels. Kim Goldwyn is the best sales person I have ever met she made it happened and I will trust her again with any of my homes. ❤️

From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything went smoothly and quickly.

We had an AMAZING experience with Trinity solar from start to finish. Kim is AMAZING, answered my hundreds of questions, went over everything throughly and made sure we were comfortable through the whole process.
Castaways Energy was the company they had come out to put the solar panels on and that crew was amazing also.
I will 100% recommend them to anyone and if they have the opportunity to work with Kim they are lucky!! Thank you so much again!!

I’m writing to inform all current and potential new customers that this company just closed the Tampa and Orlando office laying people like myself, and many others whom have kids to feed as of 9am Jan 10th which means Trinity Solar will no longer be operating in this state, they trained and convinced us that they were different from any other solar company and this is what we told potential customers when would get a warm transfer, “oh we’re different from every other company, we’ve been around for 30 years and not going anywhere” as of today that is not true. They sold the idea to customers that they would be here for the long run and now they’re following the footsteps of every bad scamming solar company that has ever did business in the state of Florida. Now I hope they have a plan in place for customers whom are already under their belt but I’m pretty sure they’re going to go ghost on them was well. And I will work tirelessly to try and get this news out so that customers are aware of what’s happening so they are NOT left in the dark….a number of now ex employees are working to get news coverage so that homeowners are aware of this situation because we refuse to have customers betrayed and lied to

I recently had solar installed and the person. Who has been working with me Joshua Lesko has been extremely professional and patient with me and I give him 10 plus on a ten scale for his knowledge and dedication to insuring that I understand the system. He has come by the house several times to help with several things that I didn’t understand and solved the issue promptly. He deserves kudos, thank goodness you have him working in the field to further the solar business.
