My 2 Rad e-bikes bikes needed repair and this location was listed as an authorized repair shop. This is an owner operated shop and it showed. The staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

It was during the holidays so it took about a week to diagnose the issues with both bikes and another week or so to get parts in. The shop communicated well giving me updates along the way.

The location is convenient and easy to get into. The store was very clean very organized and well kept had a nice selection of E bikes for sale.

So far the repairs look great! I’d recommend them.

I’ve been shopping for an e-bike for about 2 years now and when I found Florida EBikes I was greeted warmly by the owner Kathleen. I came back a couple days later with my wife and Brian welcomed us showed a few bikes and had a huge data base of knowledge on the bikes. He offered test rides on a few different models and explained each bike and its features. When we found the bikes that we really liked he made the whole buying experience a very easy and pleasant deal. We absolutely love our bikes and have had a blast riding them I would recommend Florida EBikes to anyone looking to purchase or rent as they offer great bikes and plenty of free parking to adventure throughout the Sarasota and siesta key area. They have a warm friendly inviting showroom and are great people as they really care about their customers. Thank you !!!!

Such a wonderful experience at Florida e-bikes. They greet u wonderfully the min u step in the door. They have so many to chose from. The test drive was fun right behind the beautiful new store. Then personalized lesson on the bike. They filled out all warranty information. My husbands bikes was hand delivered a few days later to our home. It was the best experience ever. I have been to snooty bike shops but their love of the bike is sincere!

Called at the last minute, Kathleen was so helpful. Told us to arrive the next morning and our bikes would be ready. She gave us great ideas of where to go on our E-bikes. Bikes were comfortable and easy to ride. We will definitely rent from Florida E-bikes again. So glad we were able to support local business.

After some research of e-bike sales shops in Sarasota, my Wife and I chose Florida e-bikes on Tamiami Trail. We stopped in and from the moment we arrived, we felt we made the right decision. It was a weekend and they were busy but a very nice sales person greeted us immediately. She asked what kind of riding we were looking to do and showed us an excellent assortment of e-bikes. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew the product line in detail. We were then introduced to the owner, she took the time to get familiar with our needs and had suggestions for us. She offered us test rides which we took her up on. At no time was there any pressure to sell us on one. We told her we wanted to go home and do further research on the bikes we saw and that we would return at a later date. She told us we were welcome back at any time to do some more test rides. We departed and due to some extended travel, did not return for a month. We decided to buy two of the bikes we test drove. It was a fast and easy process. We picked out a few accessories, they scheduled delivery and we got them a day later. We have now had them for close to a year and couldn’t be happier with our bikes and Florida e-bikes. Note: We recently had our bikes down by the water and they were blown over by a huge gust of wind, they sustained minor damage but were not ridable. We called Florida e-bike, they scheduled a pick up within a day or two, took one day to repair them and returned them the following day. The repair was performed for a surprisingly nominal cost. We can’t say enough about Florida e-bikes, we highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a high quality bike, at a great price with excellent support to back it up. Brian and Karen V.

We had a mobile repair done this afternoon by Brandon from Florida eBikes. The chattering noise coming from my brakes was inspected and diagnosed after a test ride by Brandon. He performed some adjustments on both the front and rear brakes and, at this point at least, the noise has stopped. Time will tell but I'm hoping that all is now well. In addition, Brandon also looked into a non-functioning rear light. After testing, his thought was that the light itself was at fault and a new unit would be ordered.
In summary, Florida eBikes sold me an Emojo trike that had a few problems but they have worked toward rectifying all issues to my satisfaction and we do appreciate everything Brandon did today as well as some prior work that another repairman, Kevin, had done.

The husband and wife owners are totally into biking and very attentive and helpful especially to anyone exploring getting into or back into biking. I like these people so much that even bikes that they don't necessarily carry I want them minimally to setup any bike I own. After over 40 years since the last time I even got onto a bike I purchased a Mokwheel Obsidian that was like a "gateway" back into a sport that I forgot just how much I missed. Only after a few weeks I'm looking into a new and unique eBike.

I love going on excursions to places to eat with my new eBike.

Ive bought many bikes in my life however the big sur is the best bike todate my kids love to ride them and enjoy going all over siesta key with them. I plan on buying more when the new stock arrives. Truly an amazing peddle assist and great riding bike. My kids love them!
