Things started out great, they were responsive and willing to look at my system that was installed by another company that seems to have gone out of business. Quick to come out and take a look at my panels and troubleshoot and send a RMA request to the panel manufacturer. They have disappeared since. They do not return any calls, and the one time they did they claimed they were working with the manufacturer. I have since called the manufacturer and they checked their warranty requests and never received any request from Sunbility. I'm very disappointed, as few people are willing to look at systems they didn't install and these guys were. If you are considering them for your system, keep receipts and stay on them communication wise but I would steer clear

Not trust worthy at all I've worked for them for awhile and seen what they do to their customers and employees I've asked for my W2 for almost a half a year now and they refuse to send it I didn't want to to but it looks like I'll have to file a report with irs steer clear and save your hard earned money really research before going Solar it will save a lifetime of regret they will scam you 100%

Stay away from Them. We spent over a year trying to get them to fix their error paying the panels and also having an electrical bill. More recently panels stopped working and at first they did pick up the phone and said a replacement part was being ordered and haven’t heard from them since then. It’s been about a month. I call pretty frequently and no answer. I submitted a request thru their website, nothing. Just find somewhere else to give your money to

Beware of this company- they are scammers. My three neighbors and myself all had them install solar systems, and now we all have two montly bills. They installed 20 panels on my house a 2200 square feet home. My neighbor has a two floor home and they installed 24 panels, then afterwards they told him he needed more panels. So he went ahead and installed another 20 panels and he still has a $200 electric bill every month. Please be very careful with this company. They don't answer the phone or return your phone calls.

Sunbility owes me $105,000 for sales commissions my sales organization has brought to them for solar jobs they installed. They do not answer the phone or respond to any messages. Do not do business with them if you are a sales company.

We hired them to install and they have not paid us and it's been over 6 months
The owner will not respond. We used them to offer sunnova lease . They get the money and they pay us. I would not recommend to work with them. If they decide to pay us we will delete this review . Chris was the best thing going for them and he left .
