We were able to receive all the benefits of solar with no upfront costs my bill before solar was with Duke Energy was 265 and now it is way less. It provides everything the Sales rep Dennis said it would. I am sending my mother to also get solar from them.

Total Care Installs knocked on my door and came out to show me the different solar options. I went with the no cost no debt option because I didn’t want the liability. It’s been about 5 months since the system was turned on and have been saving about $100 per month but really excited to see the savings be way more this summer. I was a little skeptical about solar in general when the guy knocked on my door. We set an appointment to get a free consultation from Total Care Installs. They had a sales person come out to the home and show us the different options. I hate sales pitches so was relieved with how not pushy he was. We ended up getting a 12.6kw system installed. We are very happy with Total Care Installs and the work they did on our house. Our duke bill was around $350 a month before we had the solar panels installed. Now our Duke Bill is $32 a month. The monthly bill for the solar is about $225 a month and I didn’t have to start paying until after the system was turned on and working which was a relief. We are very happy with the savings we have seen so far. The only issue I had was that it took a couple months from when I signed to when it got installed due to my town having a long waitlist for permitting, but I was very happy with our sales rep Eric Russo. He stayed in communication with us every step of the way and always answered the phone when I called. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for solar panels.

TCI is hands down the best company to consult you on what you need for your home. I never went Solar because of not qualifying for a loan which is how I thought was the only way to getting them until Marley and Martin informed me of the net metering program. I didn’t pay a dime to get the panels. All I was left with was a cheaper electric bill and awesome customer service. They really helped me out at the best time possible. I am recently going through a divorce and money was tight so saving thousands of dollars a year really helped me get back on my feet. I can’t thank you guys enough!!!

I did a ton of research on Solar panels before deciding to go with Total Care Installs. The main reason I chose them for our house was the warranty and the microinvertors they included. The warranty we got covers parts and labor for 25 years which no other company I talked to said we doing. Really happy with the crew that did our install too. They showed up on time and cleaned up everything. Based on our experience, I definitely recommend them.
