BEWARE OF POOR CUSTONER SERVICE AND SERVICE MANAGER! Felt we needed to make folks aware of our service experience(s)with Harrimans. While their install went well, we later had an issue with their attach point(s) on our tile roof. Their service manager was extremely rude and blamed the roof install. Checked with city and roofer who both said our roof install was proper and the attach point of the solar was the issue. We ended up paying both the roofer and Harrimans for the repair. Later had a leaking tube issue and foind the service manager had put us on COD. Payment was NEVER an issue!!! BE VERY CAREFUL OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE INSTALL. In our opinion their customer service (and service manager) is a big problem and will give you big problems/ angst down the road. PS: We switched to Advanced Solar and their service is nothing short of AWESOME.

Called to get an estimate on Dec 17th and I still haven’t received it. Called and followed up several times and still no estimate. Unacceptable, especially considering I had two companies provide an estimate within ONE DAY.

Very happy with Harriman’s Solar, completing our solar pool heating system replacement after roof repairs from Hurricane Ian damage. The team of Cameron, Cody and Ryan were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and personable, explaining each step of the process and making helpful suggestions to maximize the equipment. We highly recommend this company and this team for any solar needs.

Excellent service.
We replaced our roof and the roofer recommended Harrimans to remove and replace our pool solar system. He said they had been in the business a long time and had a good reputation. We decided to get a new system installed to match the install date of the roof.
They came to the house and reviewed our situation and quoted the system. The team was professional, friendly, hard-working, and completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up the area well. The office staff was courteous and helpful.
I would highly recommend Harrimans.
