After discussing with numerous solar installation companies, including some major players, I finally had a conversation with Brady from SolarCrest Innovations. Brady was extremely courteous and attentive, addressing all my queries and comprehensively explaining the benefits of a solar system, the options of different solar panels available, and the various inverter systems. Unlike many other companies, he wasn't overly aggressive in his sales approach. Once I decided on the system, the entire approval and permit process, as well as the installation, was completed within a couple of weeks. The approval from the power company was also swift, and my system was up and running flawlessly, just as Brady had described. The installation team was highly professional, finishing the job on time, cleaning up afterwards, and even going the extra mile to paint the conduits and pipes on the wall. They were tidy and efficient in their work. The online monitoring system, too, is functioning perfectly as anticipated. I've seen other solar installations in my neighborhood, and the difference is clear. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SolarCrest Innovations over larger companies, primarily because of the superior service and personal attention you receive, as opposed to the impersonal nature of corporate services where you might end up dealing with a different salesperson every few months. Upon receiving several quotes from different companies, I found solace when I finally met with the representative from SolarCrest Innovations. Brady was not only courteous but also highly professional. Unlike the other representatives I had met, Brady didn't rush me into making a decision immediately or try to upsell any unnecessary products or services. His approach was distinctly different, thorough, and insightful. Once I decided to go ahead with a system from SolarCrest Innovations, the work commenced quite swiftly, within a few days. During the entire project, Jordan kept me well-informed and updated about what to expect next. Once the installation was approved, Danny reached out to me to arrange everything. Being an active-duty serviceman, I had to travel for work during the week when the installation and inspection were completed. But I had complete faith and no reservations about the work being carried out in my absence. By the time I returned home at the end of the week, everything was up and running, and we even had the permission to operate from the electricity company. The whole process, from beginning to end, was seamless and efficient. All the staff I interacted with were professional and amicable. I collaborated with Jordan around the start of the year to initiate the planning of a solar panel system for my residence. Even though my roof did not have any south-facing sections suitable for installation, Jordan's precise planning and measurements enabled the creation of an east-west setup. This setup is discreet in appearance and sufficiently compensates for the total power usage of my home. Jordan teamed up with a local roofing expert to guarantee a seamless integration of the new roof and solar system, which was achieved successfully. As soon as the weather improved, my solar system and new roof were installed in under a week. Jordan then provided a thorough explanation of how the system functions, how to interpret the updated power bills, and what to anticipate moving forward. We thoroughly appreciated our experience with our solar installation. The agreement was initially signed with an estimated installation date set for a couple of months later. There were some slight delays due to the sourcing of materials and the installation ended up being completed a month later. I believe these delays were not unique to our solar installer as there seemed to be supply chain issues universally. Receiving updates was straightforward and prompt. The most convenient methods were through text or email, both of which were efficient. I requested updates every few weeks and Danny and his team were always open to my request. The installation was impeccably neat. Brady and his team came out on a weekend and had everything done in just a few hours. He was incredibly friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. Overall, I was extremely pleased with his team, who were very professional. They also did an excellent job of leaving the property as they found it by tidying up before they left. We just received PTO and are looking forward to our first NEM bill. I always felt supported and would readily recommend this solar installer to anyone looking to go solar. I will definitely consider using them again in the future, be it for another property or to upgrade the current system.

Our primary contact was Danny who guided us meticulously through every step, including the amount of energy our house size would require, the condition of our roof, the installation timeline, the backup battery, and so on. Danny was always accessible to answer any inquiries. We embarked on this journey and everything was finalized after a slight delay, which was due to the necessity to replace our roof and the solar panels being out of stock. We've now been using solar energy for two full months and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. *Also, a special mention to Brady - he was incredibly helpful when we encountered a power issue with our garage a few weeks ago. Excellent customer service once you manage to connect with a real person (hence the one star deduction). Three years post-installation, my solar panels ceased working. I initially tried to reach out to Jordan, who had previously assisted me. My email was blocked. I then attempted to contact Brady, whose name and email address were on the hefty invoice, and yet again, my email was blocked. I resorted to calling the number provided in the paperwork, which led to an automated system that either thanked me for using the automated system and then disconnected, or transferred me to a full mailbox where I couldn't leave a message. After about an hour, I decided to search the company online as if I was a new customer. Indeed, I was able to speak with a live person who happened to be in the engineering department. Luckily, he provided me with the correct department's contact number. From that point on, the service was stellar! My appreciation goes out to Danny, who was a great help. Danny first guided me through a few steps to attempt a system reset. When that didn't solve the issue, I reached out to him the following day. He assured me that he would send a technician to fix the problem. Although the technician didn't arrive that day, Danny informed me that he had been delayed and would be the first to arrive the next morning. True to his word, the technician arrived and did an exceptional job. He explained how I could reset the system myself if the wire tripped again, which turned out to be the problem. I am extremely grateful for Danny and his team! However, the company needs to improve its customer service accessibility for existing customers in West Palm Beach to avoid such a roundabout process.
