We just got the worst service ever. My mom had to wait for more than 2 weeks for her smartwatch, and today, a really rude guy gave the device back disassembled. His attitude with my mom was the worst. I spoke to him on the phone, and he didn't even let me speak. He said he was going to glue the watch. He said he didn't work there, lots of excuses for a terrible experience, worst customer service ever, and I do not recommend anyone to bring their devices here.

I went in the other day with a cracked screen and they were so helpful and cool to deal with. They took care of me within an hour fixed the phone and also cleaned out the charge port on my phone as it was not always charging. Great staff great place I highly recommend them!

brought in my ipad to have the charger piece that broke off removed, he said it would be $45! then he said he broke two tweezers trying and it would have to be sent out for $120 bucks. what? he actually jammed the piece further in and I said no way I was going to leave it for two weeks for a piece of the charger to be removed. he made it worse, he did not know what he was doing and so I am bring it somewhere else. he was trying to rip me off so he could charge me more money. unbelievable. a simple task and he made it worse.
