Five months ago we started using Cuttin' Green for our lawn care. My initial review was a 5 star, now not so much. I communicated with this owner over a week ago to set up a mow for the upcoming Monday after Halloween décor was put away. He confirmed. By Wednesday (after the Monday scheduling) I still have not had the lawn done or emails responded to. Bryant who answered my text was a little rude and did not apologize at all. I don't know what's going on with this business but the lack of communication is not my cuppa tea. I wish this business well and hope this is a one-off. Raymond is very nice and generally professional but not sure why this turn of events.

The owner is very responsive to text and phone calls. If he’s running behind, due to rsi , etc., he will let you know and tell you when he’ll be there. He does a good job, makes sure everything is neat and clean before leaving. I support small businesses, rather than large companies that have 5 men who just cut and go….on to the next job. This young man is a family man, doing a good job to support his family.

I'm new to Cuttin Green. Raymond has been incredibly responsive and communicative. Texts with questions and to schedule appointments, and then follows up lawn service with texted photos. Great service!
