We hired Certified Mold Assessments to do a detailed inspection of our home to make sure we had the healthiest air that we could in our home and to look at some areas that we had questions about. Our team that came out, Brad and Mike, were unbelievably thorough and performed testing on areas of concern and left no stone unturned! They checked both the inside and outside areas. They were here all day and did an incredible job. The report that they produced from their visit was so in depth and gave all of the procedures needed to make this home CIRS safe. Al and Patti, have been so professional to work with and kept us informed throughout the whole process and left the door open for follow up questions and guidance. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend their whole team!

Al and the team are fabulous!! CMA has helped me many times over the year and have always done a wonderful job. Our most recent experience was with Brad, who did an excellent job and was incredibly thorough in inspecting our apartment. As someone with significant environmental sensitivities and allergies, it can be very difficult to find the source of an issue. I just knew I wasn’t feeling well- and Brad found the problem. If you or your family are hyper sensitive to mold, Al Rabin and his team at Certified Mold Assessments are the only choice. Myself and my family are in that category and a few years ago they literally saved our lives. I won’t go into the absolute nightmare that our mold remediation experience was but if you know, you know. The customer service, knowledge and dedication to our family’s health, safety and welfare that CMA provided was priceless. Recently I called CMA to ask some questions and it was great catching up with Al and once again I thanked him for the help and he reminded me that we are a customer for life and that I can reach out anytime for help.
