Elsie and her staff are so friendly and wonderful! It is so great to have somewhere in Freeport to stop for a healthy meal-replacement shake or energy tea. The protein shakes are absolutely delicious and I've tried about 4 of them. The atmosphere is bright and uplifting, and it's also a wonderful place to work remotely or meet with friends. Highly recommend!

Why have I waited so long to visit this place?! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. My tea was delicious, and the owner made sure I liked it before leaving. I’m sure their shakes are just as delicious, and I will definitely be trying my next visit. So thankful to have this business in our community! I can’t wait to return!
