As a client/consumer this is just ridiculous. I will be posting this on google but felt it might be best to address this directly first with you. If a payment is not made you guys are quick to cut the power however when a consumer is having issues we can’t get any sort of resolution. The power goes off here on a multiple basis which is not normal nor okay. Nobody has shown up to properly address this issue. We know that transformer has an issue however they keep blaming other things for the power outage. WE NEED SOME SORT OF RESOLUTION!!!

After raking 4.5 BILLION dollars in net profit in 2023, they have the audacity right at the very start of the year, to raise even more their rates for residential consumers, with the excuse of replenishing funds after the storms. So shareholders are pocketing 100% of the profit, without allocating any of it to a reserve fund, while FPL continues to reach into the local families’ pockets. There’s nothing like having the governor and the rest of the State politicians support!

You're the worst! My power went out 3-days in a row; with no weather related issues. There are no updates at all. The 2nd outage is supposed to last 9+ hours! And you don't even answer the phone after 7pm. Suggestion is use app. How can I use an app with no internet? Complete morons at #fpl

This is actually the worst light company off all time my power turned off 3 times in a row in 1 day and I had no light for more than 10 hours first they said my power was gonna be back before 8:00 then at 1 in the morning and then 6 in the morning and I still don’t have my power right now if I could give it 0 stars I would put 0 stars in short terms this company is a joke 👎👎👎
