I am an extremely skeptical consumer because it seems that the days of the quality contractor, workmanship, and craftsmanship are long gone. That all changed when I hired ASP to install storm protection on my home in Fort Myers, FL.

From the first encounter with Michael, I was assured they would take care of everything until I was happy, and they did exactly that. The crew that installed my windows and doors were meticulous and extremely careful to protect my home from dirt and dust during installation. I am extremely happy with the windows by ES, and the quality of the installation. None of the 5 companies I contacted completed the details after installation such as stucco, paint, etc.; ASP did all of that.

The final visit was by Michael, he was with us from the very start until the very end, and we could not be happier. Take it from the most skeptical and picky customer around, this company will not disappoint you.

I recently had bathroom vanities installed, a leak in shower fix, room fans installed and a part of my ceiling fix due to a precious leak and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. They were prompt, respectful of my space, and kept me informed every step of the way. The vanities look incredible—exactly what I envisioned for my bathroom. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent, with seamless installation and great attention to detail. My shower the tiles were carefully removed so they can be reuse to close the whole they had to open to fix the leak since they are hard to find. The fans look great and the ceiling was fixed and painted. They also left everything clean and spotless, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a top-notch bathroom upgrade or anything else that needs to be done in your home.

The process started since September 6th 2024, with my meeting with Sales Rep: Peter Malcomson. Peter was very professional and listened to and addressed my concerns before I decided to move forward with my project of replacing my two exterior doors and garage door with hurricane approved doors. The office staff that I worked with that provided me with the necessary paperwork and addressed my questions from time to time as well. By December 2024, I met with Jesus Miranda from Juliao Garage Doors who addressed my questions during the configuration and process for installing the garage door. Again, another professional who listened to my questions and concerns. Installation was scheduled for January 24th and 27th 2025. Peter from ASP and Jesus from Juliao made sure we had ALL the materials before installation was schedule. On January 24th, ASP Door Installer Lazarro showed up on time and ready to work. He was very through in prepping the front door area to make sure things were covered and dust was kept at a minimum.
Lazarro finished the work on Monday, the 27th on the second door. Also on Monday, Juliao installer Rudy and his associate showed up early that morning to install the garage door. A third installed was able test and resolve a minor issue that came up regarding the closing of the garage door. All technicians from Juliao were good in communicating questions or concerns I had. The only issue I had was with a supervisor at Juliao who was helping me resolve an issue I had after installation. He was going to call me back to let me know when or if he could send a technician over several days after installation. Needless to say, I never got that call. At the present time, bother exterior doors look good and passed inspection thanks to Lazarro who helped with the inspection and finetuning of the work after after the inspector left. Whatever issue was going on with the garage door "seems" to have worked itself out-or not. Time will tell. My thanks to all who worked on this project. Job well done.
