We have used lawn doctor for two years. We placed brand new soil and St Augustin down and hoped this company would help us maintain and keep lawn beautiful. Last year we were told we had mole crickets and that they would treat. This year we have had the same. None of our neighbors deal with this. In the past two months I have called the number on the website numerous times only to be told that they will call you back. I had a service tech that we used to deal with that quit and the other told me that he was the supervisor and promised to answer phone calls and call me to let me whats going on.
100 percent guarantee yet no one will call me. My yard is terrible. Most of my grass is dead in spots.
I will say you should make your own choice if you want to use this company. They do not have a physical address for an office and only have an answering service. Look at my pics.

Great service and very experienced staff. Amazing for Hammock Bay as the manager lives in the area and knows the details of our yards! As I like to say…lawn does not lie!

We've used lawn doctor for a little over a year and haven't had any issues with them until this season. Our brand new yard is full of weeds, burnt patches and dry spots.we've reached out to them since April but cannot get a response. We may need to re sod our entire yard at this point. Hoping this review will at least get us a return phone call...

Recently moved into a new house where the yard had been neglected and weeds were all over. LawnDoctor came, did an assessment, and started treating the yard. Lawn Doctor has been taking care of our yard for five years and quality service is by far more than I expected. When we first bought, the yard was nothing but dollar weed, spurge and other assorted weeds. It took dedication by Lawn D. and extra effort to turn it around and now is a good as it gets, beautiful and lush. The treatments are obviously quite effective and the lawn has never looked better., according to the neighbors. Because of the good looking yard, the next door neighbor started using Lawn D. and they are extremely happy with the quality service.
