I lived here for two years and moved out September 2024. I honestly loved living here when I first moved in, but last year they changed property managers like three times. I feel like small issues became amplified with so many leadership changes, like elevator was always broken, the dog park was rarely being picked up, one time we went two weeks without our grass being cut or our trash being picked up. There were so many roaches in our building and in our apartment, it didn’t matter how clean you were or how many times we fumigated. Rent here also goes up EVERY YEAR, and i was paying close to $3k dealing with these issues. I now live in new york city in a new build for the same price. They need to get realistic about the state of the complex and how much they’re asking from their tenants

I went in for a scheduled tour and it felt like they were discriminating against me. The two women acted surprised and confused to see me. While they were nice with their wording their demeanor felt condescending as if I couldn’t afford these average apartments. It also felt like they wanted to inform of me the price even though I already knew the price and came in for a scheduled tour - obviously i already know the cost

Art 88 Being The Ghetto of Fontainbleau Blvd is an understatement. Elevator's broken multiple times a month touch up repairs to save money. No parking spaces available at night. Garbage & furniture , Dog and Cat feces all over the hallways and stairs. No security guards or cameras in the parking lot and hallways. Cars get there rims stolen all the time not safe. Bug infestations of all sorts from lack of extermination procedure's. For what rent costs and all the fees save your money and look somewhere else this place is shady.

Management doesn’t care about the people living and PAYING to live in this community. The people in the front office are rude and not helpful at all with solving simple issues. I would live somewhere else. It’s not worth it.

Staff was not welcoming. Never sent me a application to apply after the tour. In the tour they only showed the unit - not any of the amenities. They also treated me like i didn't belong there and during the tour the ladies kept holding back their smile and tucking their lips as if they were hiding a smile

The staff and all the people and involved in this office has always been beautiful with me and my wife Hilda they are always Curtiss and always helpful and I hope this comment gets through the people that need to see it it is a privilege to live here
