I've undertaken numerous residential projects and am fairly adept at handling electrical work, but this was my maiden voyage into solar installation. The solar installation company did a commendable job of providing me with the right solar equipment for my home, in addition to tailor-made instructions specifically for my project. There were a few areas that could have been handled better, but the majority of things, from city plans to hardware specifications, were exceptional. While their telephone support could use some enhancement, their email support proved to be more effective. I interacted with several staff members, including Dale, Zachary, and Camden, all of whom were incredibly supportive and did everything possible to ensure my project was up, running, and completed. Overall, with the assistance of the solar installation company and their team, installing my solar system in Miami was far less challenging than I anticipated and cost significantly less than hiring a company to do it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I recently entered into a contract with SunPower Systems for solar installation. I'm not usually one for leaving reviews, but they certainly deserve one. As soon as the contract was signed, they sprang into action. Teams were dispatched to assess the insulation, breaker panel, lighting, AC thermostats, roof, and more. The solar panel installers, Dale and Zachary, arrived promptly thereafter. I can confidently say that the job has been completed and we are now waiting on county inspections. The whole process was carried out with astonishing speed, yet it was clear that every task was undertaken with great care and quality. Every single individual involved, from the salesperson to the personnel installing the panels, and even the electricians like Camden, were professional, respectful of our home, and took the time to explain the process they were carrying out. I've never experienced such a level of excellence from a service team before. The joy and professionalism of their staff are truly commendable. In a joking manner, I even compared their service to that of a well-known fast-food chain known for its excellent customer service. SunPower Systems has proven to be a company that not only gets the job done but does it with an exceptional level of excellence.

My experience with this solar installer has been nothing short of amazing and the system is functioning perfectly. Installed in the heart of winter, the panels have already produced 87% of the power used, even in Miami's varying weather. The M series Sunpower panels they used are approximately 2% more efficient than the average 20% panel, translating to 10% more energy. These panels perform well, even on overcast days. In addition, because the panels have built-in micro-inverters, there's no need for a bulky inverter box on the side of the house. The installation process by Camden and Zachary went off without a hitch and the workmanship was impeccably neat. After they finished, there were no wire clippings, stripped insulation, or rubbish left behind. They also respected my preferred arrangement of the panels and spent a considerable amount of time measuring the roof. This was a refreshing change from a previous contractor who did not conduct on-site roof measurements and planned to install panels in a disorganized fashion that would have looked terrible. Local inspections found no issues with the installation, which facilitated a quick system activation. The accompanying phone app to monitor the system is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing you to easily track power production and home consumption.

My spouse contracted a solar installation company and was thoroughly impressed with the main panel installation crew. Just recently, we had the subpanel switch and solar panel installations done during a severe heatwave. A large team was brought in to complete the job within a day. The solar team, which included Dale, Camden, Zachary, and others, were extremely professional, providing input on a few design aspects. They had to enter our home and respectfully wore masks, which was greatly appreciated. They also painted the conduit and wires to blend in with our home. When asked if something required painting, the foreman responded, 'Even if we didn't do it, we should always aim to improve the appearance' which, i feel, encapsulates their company philosophy. The two electricians, Dale and Camden, worked a very long day and supplied a generator for daytime use. They also repaired the area around the subpanel and offered to stay to finish the painting job. Their thoroughness, politeness, and professionalism were remarkable. Without a doubt, this is the best crew i have ever had the pleasure of working with in any industry!

I recently completed the installation of a solar system and battery backup for my house, and I must applaud the team of experts for their excellent work. Deciding to switch to solar is a substantial investment and after exploring various vendors, I chose this particular service provider. Camden spent a considerable amount of time explaining how a solar system operates in great detail and exploring different installation options to optimize efficiency. Our discussions covered different panel types, battery storage units, and DC to AC conversion. Comparing three vendors, this service provider was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. My final choice was influenced by the amount of time Camden was willing to spend answering my queries and explaining the specifics, while also giving me the freedom to make my own choices. I reside in an HOA with a stringent process and timeline to adhere to. My project manager, Dale, fully grasped the constraints and extra steps needed to fulfill both the HOA prerequisites and Miami's regulations. All the plan sketches done by Roger and his teammate for HOA approval were accepted after the first review. Dale did an outstanding job of organizing meetings, installers, site visits, and paperwork. Roger and his team of panel installers were punctual and prepared to work every morning. They were courteous and professional. Dale and his partner handled the battery installation and were equally wonderful to work with. The two gentlemen who conducted the inspections for Miami were very polite and professional throughout the entire inspection process. From start to finish, I have been impressed with the level of professionalism, competence, and courtesy of everyone I interacted with from this solar installation team. I would readily recommend them if you are contemplating installing a solar solution for your home.
