I do not write many reviews, but the team at Kilowatts Electric really needs to be commended! From Bonnie at the front taking calls politely, energetic and efficient, to Ramon at the counter who was so helpful with parts, taking time to explain and nothing was too much trouble for him to do - to Roger (an owner) and to top it off top quality parts at competitive prices! Do not go here unless you are a contractor and plan to spend hindreds or thousands of dollars. They do not care about the regular costumer trying to buy a product for your home or business fix. Awful costumer services specially from the managers.

Not sure where to start. I don't really like this place due to some employees working there. A lot of then carry an attitude and never good customer service . However, the old school guys that been there for many years , they're nice. It's a hit or miss location but I go often because they have better price than buying in homedepot.

The worst of the worst.
I've been trying to get a quote from them for over a week. I call today and this sexist salesman hangup the phone on me for being a woman. Then I call again to the supervisor, gives an email of someone else. Send again the quote and they are "We cannot quote." Should have said so a week ago. If I could give them a -5 starts would totally do!

Hands down the best electrical supply store in south florida....best customer service on point. Now dont expect for them to tell you what you need to buy or how to do your job...it is your job as an electrician to know what your going to buy...yes they will guide you on things or advice you but they are not the ones who will do your take off or tell you how to do your job....hired yourself a certified electrical contractor company for that. I been coming here since I was 14 years old with my dad now I'm 39 and I've always found what I needed in a fast pace not having to wait for 45 min for someone to help you. I will always recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Come in ask what your looking for and go about your day and perform your task. I have done multiple custom house and I have always bought everything from them.....simple the BEST!!#1
