Ray came out less than one day from a request to assess mold in our attic. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to quickly assess the situation and offer multiple solutions. I had Green Genie over to clean carpets. Austin and Q arrived right on time and were extremely kind and friendly. They took time to answer a question I had. They did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them and will use them again!

I had Austin and Ray out again to check on possible mold. They were GREAT and HONEST. Gave me a couple DIY suggestions. Austin does such a great job explaining everything. I would not use anyone else. Green Genie is great!

Green Genie is amazing! We had an unexpected leak / flood / mold situation and we contacted them on a Tuesday morning. By that afternoon, John was at the house inspecting everything. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and talking to him made us feel so much better about what was happening. We had a quote by Wednesday afternoon and the team started with us on Thursday morning. They were timely, friendly, efficient, clean and took care of the whole problem in one day. John even called that evening to check in. I cannot recommend them enough. I would absolutely use them again.
